Curtis and his team were professional, courteous and efficient installing two new AC units/Coils, two new furnaces, two new filters, improved ductwork and a new nest thermostat in under 8 hours. System works beautifully and house climate feels great. I would highly recommend.

Curtis and the staff of Herchenbach Mechanical were awesome. They were all very friendly and efficient. They gave us a fair quote and walked me through the entire process. We got a quote the same day as their inspection. They then installed a new heating and cooling system. They kept everything very clean and kept me updated throughout the entire process. When the new exhaust system required us to have ventilation that would damage a bush, Curtis replanted the bush and the other workers watered it! They were very professional and did a very nice job replacing both our sytems. I highly recommend them!

We had Curtis Herchenbach install new furnace and air conditioning units in 2015. He was back today to service the furnace and I let him know how happy we have been with the efficiency and performance of both units. Our utility bills have decreased as well. Our home is 28 years old, so the new technology and quality of these products have been just what we needed to keep our home temperature in its best ranges ever. The personal customer service is a major plus as well. I highly recommend this company.

Honesty and Integrity exemplied! We were without heat and had been deceived by a company with which we had been long time customers. We did not have any history with Herchenbach but had seen their trucks locally. We explained our situation and we were prepared to buy a new furnace. After consideration, we were advised to call a local certified Lennox dealer because the broken part of our furnace should be under warranty. They unselfishly recommended a different company. This act of honesty, integrity and unselfishness saved us thousands of dollars. I was not a customer and they did this for me! I can only guess what they can do for their current customers.

The entire Herchenbach team was incredibly professional, and accommodating. Curtis returned all of my phone calls and remained patient with me from the first phone call through the programming of my thermostat. A job well done, I highly recommend using Herchenbach Mechanical.

Curtis came out on a Saturday morning and quickly fixed a pilot lighting issue on our furnace. He was professional, explained everything that was wrong, and told me what he was going to fix. He even gave a few recommendations on what I can do to have better air flow on the furnace. I’m very happy with Herchenbach, and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

We have been using Herschenbach Mechanical for our heating and air conditioning needs for over 30 years. We have always received outstanding service. Their service technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to take time to explain things. There response time is exceptional. We recently needed to have them check our ten year old system due to a sensor going bad which was interrupting the heating cycle. They responded the same day I called and had to order a part. I received a text that night at 8:30pm offering to bring the part over and install it. Wow! Above and beyond! We love using local businesses and we highly recommend Herschenbach Mechanical!
