I am a first time customer who tried to call and set up an appointment to have my AC unit evaluated, recently moved to the area and noticed this company has a 4.9 star rating. The lady who answered the phone legit said they are busy and it would take her a couple hours to call me back about schedule. In what job does it take someone a couple hours to pull up a schedule... I called 2 other companies and they were able to provide a schedule and set up an appointment in less then 15 minutes. I understand everyone is busy... however this is horrible customer service for a potential new customer. I will not be using or recommending Herchenbach Mechanical Inc

Julian was on time, provided quality service, cleaned the area after service, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Herchenbach mechanical fir HVAC and furnace installation and maintenance. We have been customers for over 20 years and gave always been given top notch service!

Last night our AC until died in the middle of the night. Called Herchenbach in the morning and we were up and running by 11:00 am. Our tech showed me the problem and also educated me on the maintenance needed that I can do to prevent a repeat of the issue. Was a fast and great experience. Would have zero hesitation to recommend them!

Herchenbach mechanical was very professional and timely. Delano did a great job answering our questions and walking us through the process of installing a new heating & AC system. He did not push any additional services on us. We will definitely recommend Herchenbach mechanical in the future!

I began using Herchenbach Mechanical last year for furnace heating. They were very professional then and they continue to be. This year I needed to replace my 50 year old air conditioner (sad to see it go). Herchenbach gave a good price. They came on time. The owner and the technicians were very professional. I liked how they text/email prior to the install to provide a picture/and some information about the technicians. Overall great company - I'd recommend them to others. Thank you for your hard work.

My family and I were long time customers of Lombardos Heating and Cooling. When Doug retired, Herchenbach Mechanical took over and continued servicing his clients. I contacted Herchenbach for AC and furnace maintenance. From the initial phone call to the updates and to the service, I am completely impressed with Herchenbach. Herchenbach communicated every update and the technician, Mr. Meriweather, was amazing. Mr. Meriweather was extremely professional, personable and very knowledgeable. We used Adam to install the Oxy4 air purifier. He was thorough and gave us a full account of what he did and how the unit would operate. Definitely recommend Adam. He's had 14 years experience and knows his products and can tailor to your heating & cooling needs.

they Explain everything and offer options - both installers and repair people as well as the owner and office staff are very patient and will answer all your questions fully - very hard working - they work with email receipts, and texts for appointments - very helpful for busy customers
