On New Years weekend our furnace began working intermittently. I contacted Herchenbach early Monday morning. Within a couple of hours Trace came by and diagnosed a failing heat exchanger on our 18 year old furnace. He gave me several options to repair or replace. I chose to replace our old furnace. The forecast for the upcoming week was single digit temperatures. Curtis was able to move some work around and first thing Wednesday morning his team arrived and installed a new furnace. The technicians worked quickly and efficiently to remove our old and install the new furnace. By early afternoon our new furnace was working and our house was warm. Thank you to Curtis and his team for their friendly and knowledgeable service.

Amazing company! Our AC went out on us on a Saturday night. We called them Sunday and we’re out same day with the fix. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will 100% use them for our tune up and cleaning.

We have been using Herchenbach mechanical for years. Anytime we have an issue with our AC or Furnace they are very prompt and professional when coming to assist. Have had multiple techs come out, and no matter who shows up it is always A+ service. I've recommended Herchenbach to friends and family and everyone always responds the same. You really cannot get any better service.

I purchased my air conditioning from Herchenbach 2 years ago and the experience was exceptional. The installation process is so professional. When it came time to replace my furnace I only made one call and that was to Herchenbach. Curtis is wonderful to deal with and honest. The furnace installation was handled extremely well. I have seen $8K and even $9K quotes for my basic new VHAC system (a/c & furnace) in the past, but they quoted $14,000!!!
Oh, sorry, I almost forgot to mention "$49.80 savings" in the quote. 😁
I am surprised by all these 5-star ratings. Maybe their customers do not care about price/money.
I hope my review makes more sense than the one from Z. G. who complained that they were very busy and it took them a couple of hours to schedule a visit. Busy means busy, take it or leave it, but that is none of my business.

Herchenbach mechanical was amazing, their tech Sean was fantastic and quick when fixing our AC after hours. As always the office staff kept me up to date on when my tech was in route. Won't use anyone else.

Trace was thorough and professional supplying quotes for new AC unit. Sean & Nick arrived on time to install new unit. They identified issues with current configuration, explained situation to novice (me) and made appropriate up grades to insure highest unit performance. Overall workmanship was excellent and I will be an Herchenbach customer from this day forward.

Great company. The install team is very professional and answered all my questions prior to leaving. They also provided a walk through of everything they completed. We considered four different companies to install our new AC and Herchenbach had the better unit and the better warranty at the better price.
