Herchenbach replaced my existing furnace and central air unit. They were prompt, polite, and professional. The workers were very skilled and did an excellent installation. I recommend that anyone looking for a high quality installation should use them.

After working with Herchenbach staff to determine the right unit and good price for replacing our aged furnace, they quickly gave us an install date. Technicians showed up on time and did a really nice job of correcting a few errors from the original installation and reworking piping and duct work to provide maximum efficiency from the new unit. They were polite, careful to maintain social distance and mask usage, and were careful to avoid scratches when moving heavy equipment in and out. I recommend them highly.

Was able to work with my available budget. Installation team finished in half the time quoted and again explained everything to me very clearly. Very professional, kind, and thorough. Our unit was barely cooling the house and Curtis came out right away to look at it! Turned out that not only did it need more coolant but it also was seriously clogged with what is probably mostly cottonwood fluff.

He fixed it quickly and gave us great tips on how to maintain our unit, plus a recommendation for a better app to control the wall panel software from our phones.

I called and they were so helpful. Mike showed up within minutes! He was on his way home when he was dispatched and turned around and came to my house to help us with our furnace. Very nice and knowledgeable. Very reasonable price, too. I hate being over charged and I'm glad I wasn't! I will recommend this company to my friends and family.
