They do our annual furnace cleaning and check, and installed a new furnace several years ago. They are great to work with - always on time, courteous, professional and reasonable.

We contacted Herchenbach at the recommendation by our neighbor when we had problems with our air conditioning. The technician identified the problem and resolved it for us. We contacted them again later for a different issue and to have a new thermostat installed. We worked with Trace to get the appropriate smart thermostat installed. Trace was extremely knowledgeable, patient and personable. He answered all our questions and took the time needed to get the app working on our phones. We are very happy with our new thermostat and also the service provided by Trace on behalf of Herchenbach. We will be using them for any future service needed and recommend them to others in our area.

Curtis and all of his technicians are very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems and maintenance. They stand by their work and come out quickly when a problem occurs. I highly recommend this company!
