Our Herchenbach service technician, (Trace Mathiesen) was outstanding. First let me start off with the call to the company to schedule a service technician. We set up the original appt was set for between 2:30 -3 pm. Kool no problem. Then a received a call saying they will be here 2 hrs sooner then originally scheduled. Awesome. When Trace arrived, he was very pleasant and professional. As he was trouble shooting the furnance, he was explaining each set he was doing. Trace found the problem and repaired the defective part. I would recommend Herchbach Technial to do your heating and cooling needs. I would ask for Trace to be your technician to fix your heating/cooling issues. He is very kind, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

My furnace circuit board gave out on Christmas Eve night, when temps were at /below 0. Curtis Herchenbach was very helpful, sending a repair man to my house that evening to diagnose the problem, and also working with me on Christmas Day to make a plan. He “loaned” us a circuit board and had it installed on 12/26, and then we scheduled a complete new HVAC system installation for the following week. All repair / installation staff were professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Thanks, Herchenbach Mechanical!

Very pleased with the service. I was called by the office by a very nice woman (whose name I unfortunately cannot remember) to remind me about my yearly furnace cleaning. She was very helpful in finding the best appointment time for me. On the service day, I received a text telling me that my technician was on the way and letting me know who was coming, which is much appreciated. Delano arrived right on time, made sure I had no concerns and got right to work. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

I called Herchenbach right before a holiday weekend and in the midst of a nasty winter storm to report that my furnace wasn't working properly. Trace came out that afternoon and diagnosed the need for a new furnace. He got the old furnace running and showed me how to reset it if it continued to go off. Curtis was in contact with me throughout the holiday weekend to make sure I was managing and getting enough heat. The furnace started to struggle and Ken came out on the holiday to get it stabilized once more. New furnace was installed by Ken and his crew the next day. Not what I wanted to be dealing with over the holiday, BUT it was handled so well by all involved. I can't say enough about this company and how well they have cared for me over the 25+ years I've used them.

Herchenbach sent out a crew to install a furnace and heat pump A/C. They worked an entire day at our house. They were on time, efficient, friendly, and kept us informed on their progress. They didn't leave a mess. We are back to having a comfortable climate in our home. The whole process was professional from ordering, scheduling, and installation. I highly recommend their services.
