We have used Herchenbach for a number of years. We needed a new furnace and air-conditioning system and stayed with Herchenbach to replace the old with the new. The two installers were prompt, efficient, courteous, and without a doubt the very best ever. They fully explained everything on the walk through. The clean up, by them, was excellent. I can not recommend this company any higher, except to say I would give them more than five stars if I could.

My AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. I called Herchenbach. Laura was kind enough to give me a same day appointment. Service Tech Trace arrived promptly. Trace quickly diagnosed and repaired my coolant leak. I’ve had a service contract with Herchenbach for over 10 years due to their continual responsiveness in caring for my needs. Sharon and Dennis Herchenbach built an outstanding business over many years. Now the reins are being turned over to the next generation, Curtis and Lauren, who will undoubtedly continue to modernize and successfully grow the Herchenbach brand.

Met with Curt Herchenbach who assessed my 32 year old furnace with respect to issues that had developed over the years. We picked out the right furnace with a two stage blower to alleviate the lack of airflow on the second floor. Ron and Matt installed my furnace, were.considerate of my home and courteous to me. I had some issue with programming the new thermostat and the company sent over another employee who knew the most about the thermostat and set it up for me in 5 minutes. Noticed that my AC was not pushing out any cold air. Called and made appointment for them to come out and take a look. There was a leak said he could fix it but could not guarantee how long it would last. We decided to go with a new AC and furnace at the same time. Tres gave us a quote and we were satisfied so signed the contract. Before he left we had the appointment for the install date. They they showed up on time and completed the job in about 3 hours. They also ran the extra wire from the thermostat to the furnace to install a smart thermostat. So far we are very happy with the new units and would recommend this company to others. They know how to take care of people

Herchenbach Mechanical installed both a new furnace and air conditioning unit in my townhome. They had to deal with the homeowners association, which took additional time. They worked with the HOA and produced what was needed to get the job done. I was very satisfied with their work and pleasant employees. Great Job!
