O'Brien Heating & Cooling

No one from O'Brien came out to my home but this service was from a simple phone call. I apologize I didn't get the name of the gentleman who answered but his help was invaluable. I explained what was going on and it turned out to be a simple fix, change the type of filter I'm using. This could have easily been an expensive in-person diagnostic visit but instead it was a 5 minute call. For that level of service vs. a money grab visit, I will be using O'Brien without hesitation going forward and will recommend to anyone that asks for a company to use. Thank you!!

Gary is a great guy! Very professional, honest, and explains everything in detail. I've used his company a couple of times, and I've never been disappointed with his work.

Had trouble with the boiler at my home. When i called i told them that it was not an emergency that I just wanted someone to check out why it was more noisy than usual. Responded very quickly and came out the next day. Gary discovered that one of the pipes was leaking under ground under the floor. That was Friday. Monday morning they were the right on time scheduled and went to work fixing the issue re routing the water pipe. They were very professional, the repair was completed thoroughly, cleaned and serviced the boiler and were very reasonably priced. Over all I am extremely pleased with their service and will use again. Highly recommend!

Called O'Brien today to have someone come out and look at my boiler to see what the problem was and the owner said he was really busy with it being the first cold wave but he would fit me in and call me within the next couple days since I still technically had heat. He called me an hour later to say one of his guys finished earlier than expected and could come take a look bc he was close by and that worked for me. I can't remember the man who showed up but he was here for alittle over an hour and fixed the problem at a very affordable price. We have been throwing away money since buying this house so it was nice to be able to have a company not take advantage of you for once!! Definitely recommend!!!
