Tech came in to check my AC, he was thorough knowledgeable and covered all the bases with me.

Marco came out to our residence & cleaned & inspected our furnace. Marco was a very nice & polite professional. He wasted no time getting to work on our furnace & getting it cleaned & inspected. I would recommend G & R Heating & Air to all my friends & family. Thx, Claudia S & Bryan B

Our technician, Mike, did a great job. He let us know our repair options and we chose the most affordable one. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and respectful.

G&R technician did nothing towards an annual maintenance but rather wrote up an estimate of $3600 worth of repair needed or replace the furnace. He further said he was very close to shutting the furnace down due to carbon monoxide. This occurred Wednesday, 11/23/22. I didn’t feel comfortable at all with the technician or the pressure he was putting on me.

Over Thanksgiving, I learned my girlfriends cousin is in the HVAC business so he came to my house yesterday morning. Not only did I not need a new furnace, not need $3600 in repairs, I have no issue with carbon monoxide levels being anything to be concerned with. I assumed since G&R was on Angi’s list I could trust them. Quite the opposite. Not only will I never use G&R, I won’t use anyone Angi supports. Beware

Ricardo did a goof job at cleaning my A/C unit. He cleaned the outside unit and explained the different readings in a way I could understand. I was very satisfied with his work and my A/C works real good now. He told me what to do in the future and what type filters to use going forward.
I was very pleased with his work and for sure use him again.

Awesome service from Ricardo on the furnace check he completed for us and review of what we had as we just bought the house. Also, great service and review of ac units by Scott later in the day. We look forward to a long relationship with G&R!

We had Adam come out for a broken air conditioner and Aurelius came and told us we had a broken fan motor he could replace tomorrow. I am beyond impressed with the everything from the nice person that is so empathetic when you call to both service guys! They come when they say they will and are very clear communicators with what they believe needs to be done. We will only use this company going forward! We have a new home and are happy to have people we can trust

I have been using G & R HVAC for several years and have always been very satisfied with their service. After thinking about replacing our 26 year old furnace it was obvious to consider them for the job. With an entire new system I can feel the difference in comfort level, temperature consistency on different floor levels and air quality. I can also see how this will benefit us with energy savings. G & R did an excellent professional clean and neat job with this installation. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

There was a weird odor in my home and I was concerned that it might be furnace related. Of course it was after normal work hours but I called and they had an on call technician. They set me up for a visit that evening. The young man that came to check things out was very professional and explained what he was checking. Luckily the odor was NOT from the furnace but he gave me piece of mind so I could sleep that night!
