2/23/22: Jerehmy arrived within the hour, and he identified the problem within minutes. The fix was quick and easy. We’re very pleased with the service at G & R Heating and Air, and would recommend them to anyone!

12/21: G & R Heating and Air has been a Godsend this year! Our AC unit broke over the summer, and they came the next day to install a new unit. Then, last week, our 21-year-old heater broke too. Jeremy assessed our needs, and gave me good options. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He said the new unit would arrive early the next morning, which it did. Mike came to install the unit later that day. And after an already long day for him, he stayed until 11:00 p.m. to complete the installation. Jeremy came back the following day to make a minor adjustment. We're now enjoying a nice warm home! All the employees are friendly and professional. I recommend G & R Heating and Air to everyone!

My husband and I thought that this was the best service we have ever had on our HVAC system. Ricardo Adame was so professional and explained things to us every step of the way. We hope we will no "need" to call for help anytime soon, but if we do need help, we will be calling G&R. Thanks

Seems like my review was deleted. I got a tune up 2 weeks ago. The guy was nice enough but literally did nothing to tune up my unit. He didn’t clean anything or offer any advice on the issue I was having. Complete waste of money. And I’m still having the same issue as before.

Scheduled a tune up and was able to get an appointment the next day. Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable and took time to explain his findings and what next steps could be including estimates for repairs and for replacing the furnace. As a bonus he was very patient with our nosy puppy that kept checking in on what he was doing :) Would recommend this company to friends.

We needed next day install of a new furnace after ours quit. It was 26 years old, so it was about time to be replaced. I can't give any valid comment on value or price. It is still winter, so the job had to be done without shopping for a deal. But the job was done professionally, the house is warm again, and everyone is comfortable again.

Rob was very punctual and professional. He was respectful of our home and provided information on the furnace as he did the maintenance. We knew we needed a new thermostat, as ours was barely working. Rob was able to replace it for us on the spot. We signed up for a maintenance plan, and I hope we are able to have Rob back in the spring.

Great response to my request for a technician. Adam Cole was the technician who came in and repaired my AC. He did a good job and explained to me what was going on in layman's terms to make it easier for me to understand. Would recommend to others.

This service was done in October but I still needed to say. Adam did the service and found a sensor that was on its last leg. Knowing now how this winter has progressed that was a great service call. I have no doubt that the furnace would have failed this winter. Thank you on a job well done.

Rob was great! He fixed my AC in record time an I was very happy with the price. I will definitely use them again.
