Our AC unit had quite working and was producing hot air instead of cold. The tech that was sent out diagnosed the problem and we provided us with two options to fix the problem with all questions answered and clear explanations of the underlining problem.

G&R Heating and Air was able to fit us into the schedule quickly when our A/C stopped working. When the technician, Marco, arrived, he quickly determined the problem and repaired the issue!

The tech was awesome been having issues with our furnace by not blowing cold air the air conditioner unit’s blade would not spin at all but the tech was fast, quick, and effective got the job done and now my house is cold as an igloo

I had 2 visits, First time Tech came out and furnace worked without issue. Second time Tech Cleaned our Flame sensor and everything has been good since. Only charged for First visit.

Had a heating issue with my furnace and called to make an appointment for a technician to come out. Within a few hours I had Ricardo inspecting my unit for what was causing my furnace to cycle on and off. He was very nice and showed me the things that were causing my issue to happen. Very knowledgeable. He gave me honest advice and upfront information so I can make an educated decision on how to proceed with my older furnace unit. Great guy and would recommend him to anyone!

From the time I scheduled this appointment, G&R couldn't be better. The communication was great.
