When I made the appointment, I was told the price was for both the furnaces even though the coupon said otherwise. The technician didn't honor that. Still well worth the great service, though.

Marco was our guy this time. Their techs are always professional and answer any questions. This was just the semi annual checkup to make sure everything is good to go for the season. This time the AC. All good. See them again in the fall.

I had a representative come to do regular maintenance to my furnace and he was instead able to explain to me all the things that could potentially go wrong with the unit (it was nearing the end of its life). I was quoted how much to fix the individual parts and a new unit where it was explained to me why it might be cost beneficial in the long run to install a new unit. My husband and I have had talks about a new unit but we didn’t know where to start or what to ask. Thankfully the representative requested a follow up so someone can sit with us to discuss some finance options. I’m glad I didn’t feel rushed and that I will have someone educate us on what units would be best for our small home.

Come home at 6pm to find my house with no heat. Gave them a call and they were at 7:05pm. Thank you for your quick service!
