SCAM ALERT! Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year and these guys tried to convince us that we needed to buy a brand new modulating furnace for $10k! They really pushed the modulating furnace because it costs more and these guys are salespeople. Our current furnace is from 2018. They told us the secondary heater exchanger was a widow maker simply because there was a little water residue on it. BUYER BEWARE! Do not use this company. They are not honest and they are not knowledgeable. I will admit that they are very good salesmen. They come across like they're being honest and genuine but they are not! They tried to throw every scare tactic at us. They told us we could get carbon monoxide poisoning which is simply not true. We have a very new 2 stage furnace and that's not possible. Skip these guys and go with Royal American Heating & Cooling.

Marco was super respectful and thorough. He did not try to up sell but did let me know what we had to do for our 27 year old furnace. I would definitely use this company again

Adam and a guy from AZ headquarters (sorry I forgot your name) came to HELP me with my furnace it turns out I needed a new flame sensor!! These 2 gentlemen helped me out so much and gave me so much information and knowledge about my furnace!! Im so glad I have the BEST HVAC maintenance ❤️

I had a frustrating experience with G&R. A valve broke on my furnace in October 2022. G&R struggled to identify the problem, then struggled to install the replacement part. When the senior tech came to investigate why the replacement was not working, he took the furnace apart and didn't put it back together well. It has been rattling loudly ever since. Three visits and a rattling furnace was below my expectations.

Great job by Marco who came out and Tim back at the office. Tim had someone come back out to install UV light when it was available. I’ll definitely call these folks out next spring for air conditioner maintenance. Thank you again G&R heating & cooling.

I called early this morning because the furnace had a burning smell they were able to get someone here right away. Adam was professional explained the repair being made the price was reasonable and I would definitely recommended them and use them again.

I took advantage of a system maintenance special offer. I liked that furnace issues were pointed out but no pressure to repair or replace the furnace was exerted. If you are interested in a new furnace, a different team member will come out.

This was a standard AC check up. Marco was on time, professional and answered my questions. I would recommend this business.
