I called Tuesday afternoon and the were there Wednesday am. Tech was friendly and quite experienced. He quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part, from his truck, and fixed it all within a 1/2 hour. Reasonably priced.

Please do not use this company! They will rip you off! I was charged close to $300 for 30 minutes of a technician moving wires around in my furnace to get my air conditioning to work! Yes, I am happy that it was fixed after not having air conditioning for 2 days but I will NEVER use this company again because of how much they overcharged me.

Update: Your response is completely unacceptable. You should not be treating your customers like this. Yes, I was in a bad situation but I needed your help and you ended up putting me in a worse situation financially. I'm sorry that I used your service. I just can't believe that this is how you treat your customers.

Rob did an excellent job of understanding and fixing our collection box leaking problem. After diagnosing problem it appeared that G&R had a replacement part for this older Furnace that was extremely hard to find. He left to pick it up and return with fix. When he did return he said they did not have part at their warehouse BUT got a newer part and reconfigured solution on the spot. It worked perfectly AND the new part was $50 less than the original part which we received a credit on. THE REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE here came when he convinced his company to shuffle his schedule to fit us in on the original call and return call the install part knowing we were heading out of town and not wanting us to have a flood (of sorts) when we return. We can't thank Rob enough!!

I like the fact that they text you when the tech is on their way.I was told between 11&1 and tech arrived a little after 10:30.Adam Davis came out to do the annual check up on our AC unit. Very friendly, professional and informative. I'm glad we got our Furnace/AC thru G & R

Had them come out to look at furnace and fix it. Unfortunately they didn't have the part and wanted to charge another $165 trip charge to come out the following day to repair the switch even though I already paid the $165 trip charge for Friday night. They wanted 2 charges for not having parts on truck. They said I could wait until Monday for $79 trip charge. Look for another company that's not looking to take advantage of families in cold weather.

Updated review: Had another company come out twice for less then the $165 trip charge. The switch was never the issue something was stuck in the vent.

Adam came to do maintenance work on the furnace. out to look at a leaking hot water furnace. He took time to explain several things and we learned some things too. He was on time, patient, and honest which was most impressive! Great service again from G&R!
