G & R Heating and Air

I just had a new furnace installed recently by G & R heating & air and the entire process was great! They were on time and finished early!! They were very friendly and answered all of my questions along with some extra information!! They cleaned up everything before leaving!! They were quick and very pleasant to work with, but most importantly everything was done correctly and up to code!! I was extremely satisfied and I’d 100% recommend them for anyone who is need of a new furnace or repairs!!!!

Have used this company for many years at home and business. The disappointment of their work lately is a shame because they were always reliable. We have two hvac systems in our house the basement needed replacement and the second one needed repairs. It took them 4 times to get the new basement hvac system to work and honestly it still doesnt seem to work as well as our old one, what a major inconvenience. An option that i purchased was never installed and no one told me, I would have never realized if the original installers didnt install wrong. On top of that the finish work they did looks terrible and i dont think we can change our filter because of the way they piped things, as well as the fact they started removing the wrong A/C hopefully the existing and new one work we will find out in the spring. Spent several thousand dollars in repairs on our second unit because was told it was labor intensive to install the parts, took him 1 hour and still doesn't work.
I requested a conversation with the owner on a couple occasions and still no follow up. I know they are growing but the lack of quality that they use to provide is not worth the growth.

I’m not one to leave reviews but it would be an injustice to not praise and thank Adam D from G&R heating and Air. Not only was he quick and professional at diagnosing and fixing the problem, he was kind and always treated me like he would treat a family member, which is more important. Exceptional service and genuine care. Thank you!

Ricardo did thorough troubleshooting as our thermostat was not working for A/C or Heat. Apparently the motherboard failed, which explained why thermostat couldnt comunicate with either system. He explained things clearly & very well. His very professional service & the quick response from the company with same day service is remarkable. I believe we've found an HVAC company we can trust! I highly recommend G&R & Ricardo in particular!

Was just an A/C get ready for summer check up but he checked the entire system. Had some recommendations but wasn’t pushy at all very professional. I would recommend this company.
