Trademark Mechanical was hired by my builder, Loberg Construction, to install a brand-new HVAC system including three new Carrier Furnaces and three new Carrier air conditioning units in a new office build out. They were paid over $100,000 for the entire HVAC project. After 18 months, one of the brand-new air-conditioning units stopped working. They came to fix a broken capacitor and charged me $394. I would have expected a warranty longer than one year on a brand-new system, especially considering the scope and cost of the project. There is no goodwill with this company.
