What a horrible office lady. I worked there for a couple weeks, & had to move out of state for family issues and requested a copy of my W2 to be emailed to me after speaking to her over the phone. Said she would, but never did. All I needed was the employer ID number to add the income from my final check to the 1040. Called several times and she just sent it to the answering service in the middle of the work days. Got the W2 by mail after they already accepted the 1040. Now I have to wait over a month due to her being such an unprofessional person.
