I bought the tankless water heat here and it arrived so fast earlier than I expected, even though AC Wholesaler did warn that they are very busy with the high demand. I was so happy it came in good shape and the installation took only 45 minutes. Thank you!
Ordered a ptak unit 4 four days ago. Never received item. Called AC Wholesalers numerous times....at least a half hour wait each time. They said they would issue a refund in 24-48 hour after dock check.. It's been over 100 hours. Called shipper again. They stated no dock check was initiated. Called AC again. Rep told me they sent an email to me and a refund was issued. Turns out that was a lie. Worst company ever. Now they say 24-48 business hours for dock check to be performed. These people are liars. They do not deserve even a one-star rating.
People are friendly but company lacks in customer service. I called to confirm that the EMI mini split system was in stock. They confirmed that it was ready to ship. I placed the order and the control cables shipped that day than 15 days later they shipped the lines. They never called me to tell me that the system and wall handlers were back ordered and no date for availability. I rejected the delivery for the lines when they arrived and 30 days after placing the order I cancel the order because they did not have a expected date for me to work with. Now Im on the hook for the cable that shipped out that day we placed the order. Last time we use ACWholesalers! Look around before you commit to buy with ACWholesalers
What a shame! This could have been something beautiful. I ordered a complete system for what I thought was a good price @$2,307 but it never arrived. I called to check my order status and each time the system was either just arriving to the warehouse or scheduled to arrive at the beginning of the week. I finally asked them to cancel my order after being told for the last of many times that the unit has just arrived at the warehouse and will ship early next week. I placed my order on March 21 2015. Today is April 17 2015. I wanted to try a Goodman system! I guess I'll have to either find another distributer or maybe another brand.
P.S. To their credit they did promise me an updated system for the same price, but sadly it too never arrived and was scheduled to be in the warehouse on Monday and ship by Wednesday. What a shame!
Yep, another Central TX homeowner who suffered damage during last month's big freeze. I lost two water heaters. I pretty quickly surfed the Internet to find replacements and settled on AC Wholesalers. They didn't tell me when I ordered that my orders would be immediately given the status of backordered. I got the first one by the predicted back order date but the second one was several days later than expected and I was not notified of shipment or by the delivery company of the delivery date. Luckily, I was home to sign for it.
Delivery schedule was changed for a couple of times, but I got updated information every time. I just didn't know the size of packages, so I wondered if I should move my car from the garage or ...? If I had the package size, that would be better.
Terrible company with no customer service. I bought Nest Thermostat just before Thanksgiving for $199.00 and paid additional shipping $8.00. Right after that found better price of $179.00 at many big retailer stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc.) plus free shipping. AC Wholesalers have matching price policy. I called them right away and they agreed to refund a difference (excluding shipping). I am still waiting for that refund. It was a month ago! Calling them every day and they do nothing. On my account it still showing that refund will be issue in 3-5 business days. Every time I call they taking my number and promising that manager will contact me. No call for month. Bad! Bad! Bad! Don't use them.
AC Wholesalers did their job in shipping, but Fed EX let them down. The package was in Roseville,Ca, 1 hr from my home, 10 days ago.. Today 11-16 8:00 P.M and it is still now here. They say maybe tomorrow the 17th... It better be. I give AC Wholesalers a 7 star, but their carriers are 0 Finally after 11 days of wondering where my stove was, it has been delivered. Not ACWholesalers fault, but I feeel Fed EX as they did not follow through to be sure my package was delivered in a timely manner.
Item is being shipped after waiting over four months for delayed delivery. Haven’t received yet. Purchased item locally for less. Guess I will have a spare, when and if I receive it.
This is the absolute worst experience ever. Website says ships in 3-4 days. 2 months later finally ships. Gets lost on its way You call customer service and wait for 30 min then it transfers you to a mail box that proceeds to hang up on you. NO way possible to get them to respond to a web chat, phone call or email. If I could give them 10 negative stars I would!!!!
Three more weeks have gone by and still can not get anyone to respond. Call, Email, live chat nothing!!!!
