I placed my order on the 6/1/17. Normally it takes 1-2 days to process an order and 3-5 days to ship. I called today 6/13/17 wondering why I still haven't received my order when my company needed to ship out its job this week. I was told that with an abundance of orders, its taking longer and the warehouse is having trouble keeping up , the customer service agents that I spoke to told me it was going to take another 1-2 days to process and then 5-6 days to ship them out. They couldn't ship it faster or even change the shipping address. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and the customer service agent relayed the supervisor's message to me. I'm completely dissatisfied with the service and most likely to not use this company again.
The first boiler that came was very damaged looked like it had been thrown off of a truck. When I contacted AC Wholesalers they immediately started the process to get me a replacement unit and it was sent and delivered in a timely fashion . I was pleased that they made this bad situation good as a priority. Thank you.

There was a slight delay on the shipment of my new 3-Ton unit however once it was in stock, they shipped it directly to me. The customer service has been great and I will continue to refer my family and friends to you!
We placed an order on Monday morning, I informed the agent that I needed my item by the end of the week. The agent promised my order would ship that same day, Monday. The agent also promised I would have my item by Thursday, Friday at the latest. 2 days later the shipping company called to set up delivery for the next week!!! On Tuesday. This is unacceptable!! I need my item by Thursday/ Friday and they won't have it to me until the next week on Tuesday. I will not do business with them again and will NEVER RECCOMMEND them to ANYONE.
My shipment arrived before the expected delivery date, I was contacted by the ACWholesalers and the Shipper. Due to my location and the difficulty of a semi rig to get on my ranch I meet the shippers down at the Frontage road with truck or tractor and trailer. They call when they arrive I drive down and meet them within 10 min or less and they off load and are on their way. Great service...
On ordered an Aprilaire whole house humidifier from them and recieved a package 2 days later. The package I recieved was a case of air filters. I understand that shipping errors happen. When I called them to fix this issue they wouldn't ship my correct product until they recieved the wrong box they shipped me back. It has been over 2 weeks now and I still haven't received my product. I called and talked to Maria and she couldn't give me any information other than my product order was sent to the shipping department which has no direct phone number. Still waiting on my product. I should've just asked for a refund. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
I have ordered and received multiple systems over the years. AC Wholesalers service has always been exemplary. I will continue to use and recommend to my customers in the future. This order came in perfect and ontime as usual.... The R & L driver was exemplary. He was very helpful and a truly pleasant man to talk with. You chose a great delivery company!
I just received my delivery. Was impressed by the professionalism from ordering to receiving the shipment. I was kept in the loop and, though I haven’t unwrapped the a/c unit, there doesn’t appear to be any visible damage. Very pleasant experience!! Thank you all.
I bought a whole house fan. It is window mounted and electrically duo intake/exhaust. Some may say it is overkill for 800 square feet but I do love fresh air. It arrived two days after I ordered it which is about a week early. It's in perfect condition. Thanks!
