My new furnace was supposed to be delivered Aug 08, 2021. It was shipped to Chicago from Waco,TX where it sat until the 7th. Then it was put on a train to Portland,OR and there is no longer a delivery date as R +L truck lines doesn't know exactly where my furnace is. 5 days late and counting. I also purchased a tankless water heater a few days after purchasing the furnace. I've had the water heater for over a week now.
This was not correct as being delivered. We were not contacted. the shippers and delivery company had the wrong email and phone number which was canceled 8 years ago. they did not verify and update their information at the time of purchase. Not a great way to do business and we were charged the return shipping fee. this is definitely a thumbs down...
The website could function a little smoother, but the delivery was quick, the communication was good, everything went ahead of schedule and was delivered in good shape. They even expedited an additional part that I forgot to order. I will definitely use them again.
If you are reading this DO NOT ORDER from this company. I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering...The items I ordered were supposedly "in-stock" for immediate delivery. I contacted them multiple times by phone and email over the next 30 days because they still failed to ship my order. Their response was "we are waiting on the manufacturer". After 30 days I called to cancel the order and was told "no-problem". 1 week later my card was charged for the full amount. When I called back customer service I was told "the cancel request was denied and it would be easier and less complicated if I returned the items after receiving them" (which they weren't able to give me an eta on)...I would also be responsible for shipping cost on the returns and a 15% re-stocking fee...Horrible, avoid at all costs!
Had a awesome experience. My air conditioning went down on a Friday night and I was having the new unit installed by the next Friday. For it to be ordered on the internet I received it rather quickly. Thanks for the speedy service and great customer support. Also the price was great for the 4 ton unit I purchased. Heating and air conditioning places in my area wanted to much for their a/c units. Please keep doing what you do for the little man. We appreciate it. 👍
The ordering experience was very good. Everything shipped as expected and arrived in a timely fashion. The shipping preparation was spot on. The condenser and coil appear to be in excellent shape (will know for sure when the boxes come off next week.) The freight company (R&L) had a 5 hour delivery window and wound up missing it by 45 minutes, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Houston traffic I suppose. The driver was polite and accommodating, but never really offered a reason why he was late.
I should have read the reviews before ordering as well. I had 2 of the items in my order reported as being delayed because of manufacturing. Many, many attempts and phone calls to just convince them to ship what they had in stock, definitely not a great experience. Shipping managers were either always eating or always in meetings, never believe when their customer reps promise to call back.
This was a first time order from this company. I tried calling and after being on about a 20 minute hold, they hung up without a word. I tried to live chat but they were offline. I called back and another 20 minutes or so went by they guy answered and immediately said I can't hear you and hung up! Live chat finally came on and I hit redial again not knowing who would help first. I felt like I was chatting with a first day employee. They didn't know their product or what I was talking about. Finally they said they couldn't help me but to call the manufacturer and gave me a number that was disconnected. Luckily I hadn't left the chat and told them it was a bad number. They got me a new one. I was passed from company to company. I was able to order the heater for my greenhouse online. It showed there was about 100 in stock. The next day or so I was emailed that it was out of stock / backordered. It is now on it's way and should be here Friday. I can't get updates on shipping. Started out with one shipping company and now says Fed Ex has it but nothing except it was picked up. On the positive side it was a better price than I can find anywhere. Hope it was worth it.
I ordered air filter Aprilaire 410 for my new ac unit. I thought my items were going to ship from Florida and expected a 4-7 day wait. OMG... They ship from Texas, where I am located and I got my filters cheaper and faster (2 days). AC company that installed my unit would charge $72.00 to install their filter, which only took 5 min. for me to install. AC Wholesalers, thanks for not ripping me off! I recommend this company for air filters!
