I ordered a 5 unit LG Split System from AC Wholesalers. Due to poor manuals from LG, the install damaged the head unit control cards. Even though LG said it was not a warrantee issue, AC Wholesalers replaced all the cards at no cost. I was very impressed by their help and customer service. I would definitely order from them again.

Ordered heat pump & accessories. They say it shipped , however carrier has no record of it . About to call my credit card company to stop payment. Wish I would have read reviews before ordering !

This is a tankless water heater by Noritz - Ordered this and it came on time I had previously ordered a brass kit and it also came on time. The problem is this unit is damaged. The front is CRUSHED so bad that it bows the seams to the whole unit. The bottom of the cardboard box was not attached to the sides of the box. The flaps were tucked in and not taped, the box had a hole in it.
I filed a claim immediately after seeing the damage (15min after delivery) I was told to send pictures and I did. I was told that shipping would review the pictures. Shipping was to send me a email within 2 days, they did not. I called the customer service and they asked to resend the pictures. ( 2 days after I already sent them) I did resend. I am waiting for a response. There email said it would take 2 more days. I( am hoping they will respond sooner) I am with out hot water now. After reading several reviews I hope they will respond and fix this soon.

After I posted this comment I immediately received a response from AC Wholesalers.
They said I should contact customer service and make arrangements on either a new water heater or refund.
I called customer service and made arrangements to have the item picked up and just refund my purchase. A very nice customer service rep named Kevin arranged for the UPS pick up. I boxed it and UPS was there the NEXT DAY.
After arrival at AC Wholesalers I had to wait 3 days for my refund. I was refunded the FULL amount of my purchase.
I have to say that AC wholesalers DID THE RIGHT THING. It is unfortunate that we received a damaged product. I do not know if this was a shipping problem. However AC wholesalers responded and took care of everything. I can give them 5 Stars for their customer service.

Was able to fallow progress of package well. This was the second time the product was shipped to me with damage. A new furnace was quickly sent out when first one was refused as damaged in shipping. Perhaps other items should no be stacked on top, or it should be marked as do not stack so the shippers will be more careful.

ABSOLUTELY A JOKE TO DEAL WITH... good luck getting them to answer the phone, their hold msg says go online to use live chat. Guess what!? It’s unavailable... My furnace system was back ordered and they didn’t tell me. FINALLY after trying to contact them for 3 days I get someone on the phone. We swap out the back ordered part for something in stock and it ships. A week later it comes off the truck with forklift damage. Here we go again trying to contact them... 2 days later. Now we got to wait another couple weeks for them to bring one out... use hvacdirect instead.

Really? You left two pallets on the street. One pallet is broken and one box has a big hole in it. Are you kidding? Is your carrier (R&L carriers) a work program for the developmentally disabled? In 20 years every delivery has at least driven down the driveway. Had I not seen this mess, these units would've been hit by a car or stolen. Standby, I can only imagine this equipment is also broken considering the condition of the pallets. If you need more pictures I'm happy to supply.

These folks nailed it. I was fully aware is was ordering a backordered item (Modine 75K Hot Dawg) but the pricing was good as was shipping. They kept me informed of delays and updated delivery. With the tracking information provided I was able to see that my heater arrived at the local R&L depot. Instead of waiting 48 hours for the lift gate truck I went and picked it up! Everything arrived without damage and as of this evening, Christmas Eve we have a heated shop!!!!!!!!! Thanks. Great Christmas present!

While I did receive my product as promised it was received by a friend off of the freight truck in boxes. Upon opening it I discovered the glass face of the inside unit was broken. My main complaint is with the customer service. I sat on hold for over 2 hours with no one picking up. This company has also disabled the online chat customer service feature on their website. I have emailed them twice now and coming up on 2 weeks and still no response. Beware that what you buy you may have no recourse in getting any customer service for if you have issues with it. For this reason alone I would not recommend.

I would love to be able to leave a review. But our system that we ordered over 3 months ago. Still has now showed up!!!!!!!!! ACWholesalers had no problem debiting our account the day we ordered. Were feeling completely lost...... Picture is not relevant because we have no unit to take a picture of.......

We were one of the millions of Texans who lost power for over 3 days during the big freeze of February 2021, during which time our tankless water heater burst. We went weeks without hot water because local plumbers didn't have any tankless heaters in stock, so we finally ordered direct from AC Wholesalers. The price was fair and they fulfilled our order quickly; we placed our order on a Monday evening and they shipped it the next day. We did experience some major delays on the delivery end, but the issues were entirely due to FedEx and not AC Wholesalers, so they don't affect my rating. I'm pleased to report that the tankless water heater we ordered arrived in perfect condition and in the original manufacturer packaging. After an entire month without hot water, we can finally shower at home, run our dishwasher, and do warm/hot loads of laundry! I couldn't be happier with AC Wholesalers, and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone looking for equipment/parts that can't be obtained locally (or when local businesses are price-gouging). 5 stars!
