My pump came badly abused , bottom of box was crushed showing it had been drop or tossed around hard or was shipped that way. I paid good money for this pump and this is not acceptable. Would not let me post unless I picked a star or I wouldn't have picked one. Want a new Pump.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. I wanted to expedite my delivery but it came sooner than I had anticipated. I'm am very pleased with my order and level of customer service I received. AC works fantastic and I needed something super fast with this summer's heat. Will definitely buy again from this company.

30 days from purchase to delivery. Communication could use a little work. At the time of purchase on line my item showed in inventory and fast shipping. A week went by and I called customer service. The lady was nice and did her home work. No inventory and factory behind about two weeks. It is what it is. She later called me stating she got an okay to give me a $60 dollar refund and she did. Time went by and shipping was 10 days after the delayed estimate. It took another week to get to the local dock and I went to pick it up to get my heating started before my delayed wall board could start. Shipping for me is at the end of a milk run for the trucking company. With this type of delay I should have been informed. I would have bailed.

Found exactly what I was looking for, a Williams heating stove. Ordered and delivered in one week. Delivery was from IL to NH. Signed up for notices they were delivered to my email daily. Trucking company was prompt and considerate. Signed up for delivery text and that was sent daily. Everything was perfect with stove upon arrival, will hook it up soon.

Good customer service, payment was taken at time of order then put back into our account. I called and the service rep explained the process very thoroughly and money gets taken out as items shipped. Our AC condenser and parts shipped within a few days and arrived in excellent condition and well packaged. Will be buying in the future if need be.

I placed an order on December 29th 2021 for a ductless LG HVAC system, and the items have still not shipped. They are blaming shipping delays as the cause, however all the items are in-stock according to their website and their call center. Over 1 month to ship out "in-stock" items is not great service. They informed me today (33 days after placing my order) that the items haven't been pulled yet, however the last 2 customer service members stated it has been. No one here can give you a straight answer on when the order will ship and just tells you to "Wait". If I was in the market for anything HVAC related, I wouldn't look at AC Warehouse for anything!

I bought an LG PTAC and power cord from ACWholesalers at the lowest price I could find anywhere. Free standard shipping. (They put a pending charge on my credit card at the time of the order, but the charge did not go through until the item shipped) It shipped direct from the manufacturer and took about 14 days to arrive at my house. It was delivered in perfect condition by a guy driving a large van who called me when he arrived at my house. I was not home and he unloaded the pallet it was on into the back of my pickup by himself (my wife signed for it, and said he was really nice). The cord had arrived about a week earlier by FedEx. I did not expect faster delivery or good shipping info after reading other reviews. I did call customer service a couple of times and talked to friendly reps who tried but were not able to give me definitive shipping info. I think once the order goes to LG they don’t have any control and LG doesn’t give them good, timely info. So, if you need it today, buy local. If you want it in 2 days with timely shipping info, call Amazon. If you want the lowest price and have time to wait, these are your guys.

Called them 30 minutes after I placed the order (I made a mistake and ordered NG instead of LP). Was on hold for almost 2 hours before someone picking up. They said it was in the warehouse still and they would stop the shipment. 1 hour later, received an email that my original order was shipped. Called again and was told I would have to pay $100 restocking fee, but they could call the next destination and stop it. 4 days later it is still moving along multiple destinations - heading my direction. Very poor response and customer service.

Ordering my new HVAC equipment and having it delivered was easy! They kept me posted and when it was delivered the delivery guy, Nick, was wonderful!! I have not installed the equipment yet, but so far this was great!

I was happy with how quickly AC wholesalers got the unit shipped out but R&L freight lines made a major mistake. The driver dropped the unit at a completely different address than mine and didn't tell anyone. If I had not called the company to find out it had been delivered somewhere, I would not have known where it was. I had to go looking for it and found it in the next block over. Why would someone drop a shipment at an address they knew was wrong ?
