I cannot believe the poor customer service of a business! I ordered a condenser and coil Sun, Jun 7th. It said it would ship on Wed, 6/10. I called on Fri 6/12 to ask for update as I had not heard from the company.
I was then informed that the coil was out of stock and wouldn't be in until 6/23! I was extremely disappointed that they were not open with me about this upfront nor had anyone made any effort to notify me! I am then told "we are short handed". So now, the company's problem is supposed to be my problem.
I consulted my contractor and he found an uncovered coil that would work and that we would just use the existing cover.
I called customer service back and made the change. I was told that it was on hand and shipment would be same day, 6/12.
I received notification that shipment was made and today, 6/16 received delivery call for 6/18. However, I just received notification that the coil is being prepared to ship TODAY! The condenser was only shipped!!
Unbelievable! Who's running this outfit?! I hope that nothing comes damaged as reported in some other reviews have indicated!! Super unhappy, super disappointed, super frustrated.
BEST purchase ever! I ordered a furnace on line and it was shipped the same day. It came from Florida to Ca. in a matter of a couple of days. The delivery service called and set up a delivery time. The truck arrived on time and the driver unloaded my order and even put it inside my shop. Everyone couldn't have been more pleasant. I HIGHLY recommend ACWholesalers.
ordered a mini split system with 5 total pieces. Received confirmation that the items were shipped and when they would be delivered to my home. Received the first piece, the largest via tractor trailer and had a good experience. Asked driver where the rest of shipment was and he said this is all there is. Contacted customer support at acwholesalers and they stated the other pieces would be delivered via another shipper. two hours later received one more piece, and no others. Too late in the day to contact customer support but will tomorrow. Why would a company split a system's components up and ship it via multiple companies?? so far I'm not impressed, will update tomorrow.
Update: After two days and a lot of anticipation we received all the parts and pieces of the mini split system. am very anxious to get the system installed and running. All pieces arrived undamaged and exactly what I ordered.

Again they never showed up on the scheduled delivery dat . This time I didnt take off work luckily. So after not showing up twice I was gonna call the next morning since the page told me to call customer service to reschedule the delivery and what do you know they showed up finally! The driver was nice and helpful but whoever is in charge of scheduling isn't that good at their job especially since the page is of no use for tracking the package while it's being shipped. After its delivered then the page shows all the update . But bot until its delivered.
The initial contact was fine, and this was the second split unit I purchased. The estimated arrival date was Early March (3-4). This was the outside extreme. When nothing was heard I called and eventually spoke with a shipping manager who was absolutely a disgrace to represent your firm. My question when she informed me the new date was 14 March I inquired as to why I was not notified early on when your firm first became aware of a potential delay. As I told her, speaking with her was a total, frustrating waste of time as her only goal was to find excuses rather than identify what occurred that it took me calling to find out the new date was ten calendar dates out (3/14).
The reality was that the unit the new purchase was to replace was marginal and I could have, with careful monitoring, utilized it as February is one of the colder Winter months. The issue with the existing was a thermal overload and I avoided keeping it operational to avoid the potential of fire damage. We borrowed electric space heaters from friends which while not efficient, kept our toes warm.
After a frustrating verbal altercation with your shipping representative I was left with it is coming the 14th and that is the end of the subject.
Now I get the E-Mail that it miraculously shipped today. I guess your representative is either too lazy to try and solve issues until pressed or simply stole from another of your customers to shut me up.
Basically, I have gotten good quality and service up until something did not go as planned. I would suggest you review your shipping department to ensure they remember that it is the customer they need to please by honoring their obligations, which surely include seeking solutions to issues should they arise.. Failure to do so will simply ensure we go elsewhere.
On a personal note, the young lady I spoke with should be advised that excuses are not conducive to the identification and solution of any issue. At best, they frustrate your clients and do nothing except make the person putting the excuse forward look incompetent.

In fact, the unit came in a day early but the rest of the install kit came in a week late. This caused the project to be severely delayed, and my contractor coming to the site needlessly.
I paid a $300 premium with ACW over a competitor because they said they could meet the delivery requirement. I apparently paid too much then.
I found ACW by mistake, and never knew who they were as I looked for a place to buy an 15,000 unit. I found many ac units to buy, but prices seemed too high until ACWholesalers popped up. They had the unit I was looking at in other stores at a much better price. I called them and bought it hoping they were honest. Everything has been GREAT! ordered it weds evening, was delivered today sat, put it in the window and now enjoying all that coolness. I would highly recommend them, and the LG AC is working great! thank you ACWholesalers whoever you are!
I ordered an exhaust fan, over the weekend, that was no longer available at my local big box stores thinking it would take a few weeks to receive it. It only took 3 business days to have the fan delivered to my house in PA. Also the price point was no higher than if I was able to buy directly from a local store. Very highly recommend this company.
Mixed review. It was a nice purchase experience, and it seemed to be the best price. from there it's been downhill; It was a Goodman Condenser that shipped fairly quickly and then disappeared. It's now 17 days since the last tracking update and I haven't received the item. I have called ACW and R&L, and they just give me the run-around.
Excellent delivery, on time with no issues whatsoever.....after unpacking, I found the top to be caved in, but was able to restore to useable condition. Not sure if something was stacked on top of it during shipping, or if it occurred in the warehouse. Either way, I would suggest finding a way to better protect the top of the units

Not sure if something was stacked on top of it during shipping, or if it occurred in the warehouse. Either way, I would suggest finding a way to better protect the top of the units
