The delivery person went above and beyond. He was able to find my residence (definitely challenging) and drive up a long snowy driveway to make my delivery in the truck. He then personally brought my heavy package to the door of my barn. Just smiling and helpful the whole time.
I have ordered 3 or 4 times from AC Wholesalers. Furnace via truck with lift gate service, and small items. I never been disappointed. This last order arrived 2 days early. I highly recommend
Awesome experience. They were great when I initially ordered the wrong water heater, they were able to stop the shipment. Then when I ordered the right one, it arrived a few days before they even said it would. Would purchase from them again and recommend them highly. Website is really easy to navigate and they are right there to answer questions. Wish the online chat was more available but all in all a great company.
Sales and staff were great! Nice price, good service, shipping was prompt. BUT we did not get any notice in advance as discussed and freight carrier did not have current tracking info on their own site day of delivery
They had the product in stock as stated - unlike another company I wont name. Had some shipping delays but, todays mail system is crazy these days so that was understandable. I would defiantly recommend this company
Before ordering, you might want to take a look at the physical location. It's not even the correct business located at the address. Where the listed location is a auto glass replacement company. At the very end of the building is Ferguson Hvac. Do not order from a company if there is not a brick an mortar location. I've learned this the hard way.
Ordered our new units over a month ago, they are backordered and so they finally ship out one unit but missing parts to install, so a couple more weeks pass and we get them. Installer comes to install and unit is missing the remote. Of corse they have no customer service over the weekend, not even half days Saturday. We are still waiting for the other unit, we have to call and get them to get a remote or replace the missing one, and they don't have good phone service whatsoever! The only good experience is the part when you call to purchase and they eagerly take your money, but it all goes downhill after and they offer nothing to compensate for the inconvenience! I would never use them again!
Ordered two parts over $1500. They immediately shipped the cheap part I could have bought at Walmart but not the heater I need soonest. Yet they get all excited about how well they are doing. JFC folks; childish.
Update: This is a bait and switch company,
Web site at time of order shipping was 1 to 3 Business Days with a projected delivery on Jan. 11. I received the thermostat today. NOW, shipping for the heater is tentatively scheduled TO SHIP on Jan. 11 with no projection on a possible delivery date.
Looks like it will be spring before I get heat back on in the shop. ACW can KMA.
This is the worst run company in America. I ordered an AC unit on 8/3 and it was to be shipped within five business days. After seven business days I inquired as to status and could get no answers from the salesman nor three customer service people that I spoke to over the next two weeks. On 8/20 I reached a maximum frustration level so I cancelled the order by email and leaving voicemails with two individuals I had dealt with in the past. (They never respond to voicemails or reply to emails) Today I get an email 8/28 that the unit has been shipped! Truly incredible incompetence!
I would give 0 stars if possible. This company sells products as in stock but they are a middle man who has no inventory. I read this complaint in reviews but decided the price was right so I pulled the trigger. I ordered a set of gauges (pretty simple order I thought). I ordered on July 2. On July 9 I received an email stating there was a delay from the manufacturer and they would ship on July 16. I received no correspondence until I called them on August 7. I called to cancel the order. I was told it was to late in the day to process and I'd receive a confirmation the next day. The next time I heard from them was September 16, they told me the shipping date was now November 5 ( nothing about my cancellation request). Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't let the good prices suck you in unless you haven four months to wait for your order. Also, please read other reviews there are many more stories like this about AC Wholesalers.
