Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning

Had an issue with my A/C unit. Within a couple hours from calling, they were on site, professional, explained everything, and had the problem resolved. Will not be going anywhere else for HVAC service in the future. Service was absolutely excellent.

I got my Furnce and AC unit installed on 12/27. The experience was awesome and I would recommend Bartlett Heating and Air to anyone wanting to get real good service. Vince - the owner came over and gave an estimate of the work to be done which was fairly priced and without influencing me in any way. He also gave some useful suggestions /recommendations. Chris , Jake and Brian who were very professional came over at the agreed upon time and within 5 hours had both units, the humidifier and thermostat up and running. They answered all my questions patiently and cleared up the old unit and other material after the work was completed.Thank you Bartlett Heating for a job well done !!!

I had a furnace fan burn out at 8:30 am, called them at 9:00 am, had someone here at 10:45 am. Jacob assessed the issue, quoted me a process, got the replacement part and installed it al before 12:30 pm. Fantastic service. My heater works great now. Professional service and quality. Excellent everything. Great job all around. This worked out in the best way possible. Really impressed. Jacob should be paid more.

Employees at Bartlett Heating & AC were very professional. We replaced our 19 year old Carrier furnace and AC unit with a new Carrier model. They came out to give an estimate for the replacement and did not try to sell anything other than what was requested. Their price was better than the other two companies that came out for an estimate for the same models. Installation was scheduled and the technicians were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The install went smoothly. When they finished they walked me through the operation of the new furnace and AC unit. We would recommend using them for any HVAC work.

I have had a flawless experience with Bartlett heating and air so far. One year ago I had them install a new ac unit. They provided a timely appointment for an AC unit that wasn’t working in the dead of summer at a price that beat their competitors. Today I had them come back for a yearly cleaning and Mark once again provided a high level of customer service that I am accustomed to. I plan to continue using their services for future needs!

I feel confident that I will have a safe reliable heating system. The previous company I used is not reliable nor truthful. Will definitely use Bartlett Heating from now on.

Great company! We had a new compressor done 6 weeks ago. Our house started getting warm. We called and they came out the same day. It was a faulty compressor and they replaced it, no charge. Such a relief to work with a responsive and HONEST company.

Chris is awesome! Our AC broke on Sunday. I called at 6:30 AM, and Chris was here before 9 AM. Chris had the AC temporarily running again by 10 AM. He returned on Tuesday to install a new unit. I can't express enough how polite, informative, and just all around nice Chris is. I wish I had more work for Chris and his team to complete. I highly recommend Bartlett Heating and Air.

Bartlett Heating and Air to the rescue again! Called because the temperature was going up in the house. Matt was here within 15 minutes, and had everything repaired and running within 30 minutes. Thank you Matt for an awesome job!

A/C went out, had no experience with companies in the area. They were able to get someone out same day. Tech was right on time, quickly solved problem, gave me information about unit without trying to upsell me. He was pleasant and efficient, and price was pretty much what I expected. Will be my first call when I need service again.
