I spent months working to find reviews for reputable HVAC services. I have been in my home for 25 years and can honestly say it had been 5-6 years since I had my HVAC serviced. I received Bartlett Heating and Air on a referral and I am so happy with the work. They are quick to respond for maintenance, and I had someone out that worked with MY schedule. Professional and honest service technician was prompt and arrived at the time scheduled. He recommended what needed to be done, and advised me to when I would need to replace my furnace. Well worth a call!

Very professional, arrived on time and gave me an estimate on how long the installation would take. They beat that time by an hour. Don was phenomenal in cleaning out the air ducts. I was astonished at what all was trapped in Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning . If you have cats like I do I suggest getting the odor eliminator. It’s an additional cost but it’s definitely worth it. I have two cats and they live in the back bedroom. With the odor eliminator, my place smells fantastic and especially feels and smells clean

Background - I won't name the other company...but I fell for the $39 gimmick to have my AC and furnace cleaned, and it turned out just to be a slimy sales call. They wanted 90 minutes of my time to sell me an AC unit and basically told me I needed a new furnace and humidifier too. They wanted to re-wire my entire basement and put in new vents! My house is less than 20 years old!

I found Bartlett H&A and Vince came out - he was great. He was soooo honest and kind. Bartlett H&A didn't try to push any new products on me, they were even willing to try to fix a very broken AC unit to save me money. In the end I decided to replace my AC unit and they didn't try to sway me with fancy units that costed a lot... they picked 2 reasonable units appropriate for my sq. ft. and it was as simple as that. The previous company tried to sell me an AC unit that was double the price of what Bartlett H&A had quoted me.

I will never use anyone else except Bartlett Heating & Air... thank you for being an honest company that we can rely on!

I woke up this morning to no heat at 5 AM. I called Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning and they were able to get me scheduled for their 7am-9am window. Brian came out and did a really good job. He was thorough and identified the problem quickly. The fix will get me by for the winter and I made a note to call and schedule a full replacement in September.

What I really appreciated is Brian didn't try and sell me anything – he presented my options and let me make an informed decision. It's hard to find honest service providers and now that I've met Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning I'll never go anywhere else and always look to recommend them.

The office called me to let me know technician was running ahead of schedule. They asked if I would be able to move my appointment up which i was able to. He showed up with 30 minutes of the new appointment time. Was very professionalism and descriptive with the steps he was taking. Will use them again

My husband and I had a leak in our AC unit. Was running non-stop with little relief and a high electric bill. We went through Home Depot originally for a quote and was immediately deterred by the price and service complaints. Decided to look locally and to help small business. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION.

They were courteous, prompt and literally almost half the price we were originally quoted. They only do the work you need, rather than trying to up sell you on things that aren’t broken. The lead time was reasonable and the installers were prompt, informative, and very helpful with questions (we also installed an built-in home humidifier for the winter). 10 year parts & labor warranty is fantastic.

My wife and I already were familiar with Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning, as we called them for our initial furnace inspection when we first moved into our house last December and the A/C inspection this past spring. The furnace and A/C were 25 years old and due for replacement. Bartlett provided us with a competitive quote for both an A/C and furnace and a VERY prompt install.

We have a difficult house for an install, a 1963 ranch house on a slab with cast iron pipe drains. The team worked diligently around the difficulties and kept us informed. I've learned that a furnace installation can be extremely messy business, but you would have never known our furnace was replaced, as the team worked very cleanly, and left the house as clean as when they entered.

We have had a great pleasure working with Laura and Vince, and will most certainly be calling them for all future needs. I also like to support a local business, and I was happy to hear from the younger guys on the crew that they felt they were getting good experience and training from Vince.

We bought a new system from them and we are beyond happy with the service we received from Brian and Craig on the install. They were on time and extremely professional, cleaned up after themselves and even stuck around to make sure everything was working properly. Vince came out originally and provided me a great price compared to the competition in the area (we quoted out through several companies). We absolutely made the right choice with them and we will continue to use them for years to come.
