Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a new furnace and AC installed on 1-13-22. The 3 young men that came did an excellent job from start to finish. They came in and immediately covered their shoes and put down blankets to protect my hardwood floors. When the job was complete they went over the new equipment and explained some details that I needed to know. They removed all the old equipment and left everything clean and neat. I highly recommend this company. Very professional team.

Our heater decided to quit and while it was a warm day for January I was panicked about getting it fixed quickly. Called them in the morning and they said they could have a tech out between 1 and 4. Was texted and emailed when our tech was on the way (Vince; he was fantastic!) and our tech was really helpful and was willing to explain what was going on etc. Vince fixed the problem as best as he could (our heater has EXTENSIVE water damage and we knew we would have to be replacing it sometime) and gave us his professional opinion on what to do next. So glad we found them and will be working with them again (though hopefully not too soon :) )

Brian came out and did a service on our machine! Very informative and was able to fix the loud buzzing noise at start up! Extremely happy with Bartlett heating & cooling! Highly recommended!

They return your calls within a few minutes & the customer service reps are extremely helpful & a pleasure to deal with. The install techs are great & even clean up after themselves when the job is completed. A wonderful company!!!

Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning are extremely and surprisingly pleasant! Customer service seems to be lost now-a-days and I appreciated the way they interacted with me. I had a million questions and called back several times to be greeted by Laura, the most helpful and friendly personal. I could actually tell she didn't mind discussing everything with me, even if more than once. The tech that came to my home, Vince, was great. He explained what I didn't understand and maintained full transparency about products and services. Yes, I will do business with them again and recommend them! Pricing was good and service was excellent.
