Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning

A friend referred me to Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning and I am so grateful. Vince is friendly and professional and so is Laura whenever I call to schedule service. The prices are very reasonable and they never add on any unnecessary services or charges. They show up on time, they explain any repairs, the work is done efficiently, and they don't leave a mess. I highly recommend them.
2/10/23 update: Today I had a new heating system installed, a new A/C installed, and a new thermostat installed. The crew arrived on time, worked as efficiently as possible, and finished slightly ahead of schedule. They kept us updated throughout the process and they cleaned up everything before they left. I will continue to use them and recommend them.

Cold weather. Furnace stops in the middle of the night. Called after 7AM. Two service men arrived at 8AM. They checked it out replaced the bad blower motor with a loaner before noon. Talked to Vince and ordered a new furnace on Wednesday. Service guys showed up at 8AM on Friday and had it up and running before noon. Great fast service and a reasonable price. I recommend them.

Fantastic, honest fair company. Brian Smith went above and beyond to repair my central air system. Very professional guy. I cannot say enough positives about this company and Brian!!! The best!!

The techs are always polite and very clean in our home. We had Bartlett Heating and Air replace both our furnace and a/c two years ago and have kept up with the annual maintenance plan since then. They’re always professional and on time. Our initial install happened earlier than expected due to some schedule changes and one time we opted to push back the annual check so they could accommodate an emergency repair. Its a family business and that shows with how they care for the customer. I’ll continue to recommend them to everyone I know!

I've hired many, many contractors over the years and Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning is one of the best I've ever worked with. They showed up on time, were professional, and knew exactly what needed to get done. I own 5 rental condos and will continue to use them into the future. Thanks for a great job guys.

No one wants to have to replace your AC and Furnace, but they made this process as painless as possible. Everyone was great, from the office to ownership to the two amazing tech’s that came out for our install today. We have new units, and are satisfied with our purchase, and grateful for financing too. Definitely would recommend if you are in the market for new units or maintenance.

They showed up the next morning after requesting service. Matt was prompt and very helpful. Fixed my thermostat issue quickly!
