Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning

I just purchased both a furnace and air conditioner from Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning. Vince is a knowledgeable, experienced technician and not a high pressure sales rep. Office staff was very responsive and polite. Prices were competitive. Sam and Sam came out and installed the equipment in a quick timeframe. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. I would highly recommend them.

We have been using Bartlett Heating & Air for about 10 years now. We just had our (extremely old)A/C & Furnace replaced by them. They have always given their honest opinion for any situation that they have encountered with our systems. I have never felt like they were "blowing smoke" just to make a sale. Every technician that has come out is very knowledgeable about their field of work, very polite, and very professional. The quality of work is not lacking. We will continue to use their services, as long as we can.

I called them and they came out the very next day. Very professional, great prices, very good warranty, had excellent financing . Laura, the customer service girl was so friendly!! The guys that did the install were very good , showed up on time, were so quiet, cleaned up everything, made sure were were satisfied. I highly recommend Bartlett Heating and Air!

Bartlett HVAC offer a friendly and professional staff. They were thorough, organized, and highly skilled. Most importantly, the finance team worked hard to take us step by step over the phone to make sure we were able to set up low, monthly payments for the project. There was never a moment when the team made us feel as if we might not get financed (we have a number of medical bills). The person that assisted us (Laura), was so supportive and kind - we cannot thank her enough.

Highly recommended for anyone concerned with upgrading/replacing/repairing their HVAC unit.

The heat went out overnight, so I called Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning. Matt came to me house within two hours from the time I called. Luckily, the furnace just needed a good cleaning. Matt was very professional, pleasant, and thorough! The house is nice and warm again! I used Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning to have a new AC unit installed last fall and was very pleased with the service I received at that time as well! I only call them whenever there is a need for HVAC services!

Was recommend to Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning by my neighbor who went to school with Vince. The original plan was to have him come out and look at a AC/ heater unit at a house my sister was purchasing which he came out immediately. After talking with Vince and telling him about my house situation, we made an appointment to have him come out and inspect my units. I knew both my AC and heater was under size for the house but it was really undersized and the upstairs couldn't stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Plus our units were really old! We had a huge temperature difference upstairs as well. I received a quote to replace everything and a few days later I told Vince lets move forward. Vince had one of his techs come out for the install and the guy did an amazing job, service was quick, install looks great and he cleaned up the area really nice. I probably was a pain as I asked the tech a lot of questions but he answered everything and was very knowledgeable of the product. They made me very comfortable as I felt I had a true professional doing the install. A couple days later Vince called me to do a follow up and see how everything went and I told him about the great experience and how much of a difference it is in the house. Now I only have a two degree change in temp upstairs which we cant even tell unless we look at the thermostat. We are much more comfortable in the house now. I highly recommend any Bartlett resident who needs work done to call Vince and support a local in town family business!

Used for the first time for a AC clean and check. Super friendly, fast, professional and value , everything checked out on the AC unit. I have not used for any real technical problem yet so that is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.
