The staff is extremely professional. We were having issues with our AC and they were able to come out the same day. The gentleman that came in to fix it was thorough, friendly, provided us with a quick solution, and recommendations for maintenance in the future. Will definitely use them for future needs!

Excellent. We’ve been using bartlett heating and air for quite a few years now. From the time they answer the phone until the time you pay them they’re really on point. The girls who handle their calls are knowledgeable and kind. They always get a tech out in a very appropriate and reasonable amount of time. And the technicians are always great. Would not hesitate to refer to them ever.

Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning repaired our old furnace when it was starting to act up and got 3 more years of use out of it for minimal cost. They also installed a new furnace for us last year when the old one finally wasn't worth fixing anymore. The employees are very honest, straightforward, clean, and efficient. Not many places would tell you to keep your old furnace because you can still get more use out of it, but Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning did!
Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning also installed a new humidifier for us and comes out for yearly clean & checks for all our HVAC needs. I recommend them to all of our friends and family, and no one has been disappointed. Great company!!

Update: We have been using Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning for over 10 years now. We recently moved to a new home, and Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning replaced our entire HVAC system in our new home.
They are the first company I call for our HVAC needs, and there is no reason to call anyone else.

Update Pt. 2: I called them and asked for service and duct cleaning due to our dog getting skunked and the smell being in the furnace filters and air ducts. Bartlett Heating and Air got technicians to my home ASAP, and faster than I could possibly hope for. I know they squeezed me in, but the company sent 2 technicians that did an extremely thorough job! They cleaned and sanitized, and when they left the smell of skunk was GONE! The technicians to time and care to do the job right just like they have done every single time they have been in my home. I am so happy with this company, great service, great technicians, great office staff. A+++ company all the way!!

I can always rely on Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning! Service technician arrived on time and completed the pre-season warranty clean and check. Work area was cleaned up before he left. The invoice contained a written summary of the work done. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Bartlett Heating & Air is an excellent company. Highly recommend.

A great big shout out to Bartlett Heating & air conditioning! Our 25 year old system went out on Wednesday night and we thought for sure we would need a whole new system. On Friday Vince came out, found the problem quickly and replaced the capacitor. Now it’s running beautifully. They have themselves a new happy customer!! Awesome company. Very respectful and kind. Highly recommended! Five stars for sure! We will be adding them to our speed dial! Thank you all for your recommendation. A job well done with very little stress. I have used Bartlett Heating and Air twice in the last 5 months. New AC and furnace & HIGHLY recommend them! Fred the technician is AWESOME and Lorraine in their office are both super helpful, total gems. Call them first for your needs. I doubt anyone will be able to beat their price and timely service arrangements. Great company.

After our old service went out of business we were looking for that local reliable family business that we could support and knew that they would truly appreciated our business.
That is exactly what we found here.
We have had them for 2 years now provide our seasonal maintenance which is always done on time and professionally.
This year with COVID they are like us taking this in stride proving they are the professionals that they are. Taking the necessary precautions to protect themselves and the customer until we get through this.
Jake the service tech showed up introduced himself stated what he was here to do and how long it would take. He used the CDC precautions and standards while he was in our home.
After he was done he explained what he found and offered the solution he thought was best without over selling me.
For this we will continue to use them and recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

I'm so happy I read the reviews and called this company. I had my usual heating guy who did not respond nearly as quick as Bartlett Heating and Air. Came out while I did not have heat. Fred quickly fixed the problem and clearly explained to me why this problem kept occurring. I was in the market to replace this old furnace anyway. He fixed my old furnace until they ordered and installed my new furnace and air conditioner. Price was very reasonable as I had this quoted out before. They were competitive. Installers both professional and courteous prompt and double checked everything and went over everything with me before they left. Yep. Use them. You won't be disappointed.

These guys were great! Not only were they the lowest quote we got from several companies, but they did great work. We had our 2 furnaces and air conditioners replaced. The installers were great, and finished the job in one day and much faster then anticipated. This company is all about customer service. I would definitely recommend them.
