Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning

After getting several quotes for a new furnace and AC, we ultimately decided to go with Bartlett Heating and Air. Their price was competitive with all of the quotes we received, and we wanted to use a local company if possible. Now that the install is complete, I'm so glad we made that choice. The two techs that did the install were on-time, professional and courteous. Before starting, all of the work was explained in good detail and then promptly got to work. Once work was done, the work area was cleaned up so well that you couldn't tell that a new furnace had been installed. One other comment - we change filters frequently due to allergies and installed a slot for us to change the filter without taking the door off the front of the furnace. A small thing to be sure, however, they were the only company that suggested this when providing the quote. The tech also went and got a new filter for us after accidentally tearing the cardboard on the filter that was in place as he was showing us the slot.

I highly recommend Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning. We'll definitely be using them for any service calls from here on out, and if we do find ourselves in a home where we need to install a furnace and/or AC again, they will be our first call.

Probably the best experience I have had with any company...ever. It started out with Laura going above and beyond to help me in a dyer situation with a dead A/C unit early this summer. She provided me all the information I needed to make the best decision I could given my situation which made the whole process a breeze (pun intended). Then Vince came to give me an estimate and I could tell how open, honest and trustworthy he was right off the bat. I got a very good price on a top of the line unit and I couldn't be happier. Finally, the installation crew (Josh, Sam and Chris) did a phenomenal job and were as professional as could be. They walked me through every step of the way which gave me piece of mind which is more important to me than a good deal. I would recommend Bartlett Heating & Air to anyone in need of anything HVAC related!

I would give Bartlett Heating 10 stars if I could. The office staff were very helpful. Vince came out and gave me a very reasonable bid for a new air conditioner. Chris did an excellent job with the installation. I am very happy with this company and would highly recommend them.

We use Bartlett Heating & Air for our yearly maintenance of our furnace and AC and every experience has been professional and efficient. Always very friendly employees, we'd recommend them to anyone in the area.

It came to my attention I needed a new furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger through a competitor. Needless to say after extensive research and quotes from 6 different companies, Bartlett was by far the most fairly priced based on what they offered. They worked with me to find the furnace which made the most sense for my situation and I felt they are a company of honesty and integrity, which is few and far between these days. They where very responsive, and did a good overall job when installing my new furnace and AC unit. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business, my guess is you will not be disappointed.

On time. Provided the best service what they have committed. For a small damage on my screen door in process of installation of a new system, they came back and replace the screen of my door without any hesitation. My decision to support local business was worth it. I got the best service and been promise that even in future i will be getting the same service and that was very comforting. First time customer was extremely happy with my overall experience from office staff to the service tech that came to help with my AC problem.
Office staff set appointment for next day with a two hour time frame. Got a text half hour before the set time stating tech was on route to my home. Pulled up to the house right at the beginning of that time frame. Service tech Vince was very friendly. Vince trouble shot and explained the AC issues. Found problem and we were up and cooling within the hour. Thank you Vince and the Bartlett Heating and AC office staff!

As the other stellar reviews show, Bartlett Heating and Air Conditioning did not disappoint. Vince (the owner) is honest and doesn't try to pressure or upsell you. The front office lady is really nice and communicates any questions or concern which are promptly followed-up on. Installers were great and answered all questions. Had to come back for a minor adjustment and did so within an hour of my phone call. Use them!
