Our experience with Bartlett Heating & A/C was awesome. Their service techs were very
knowledgeable and helpful. They did an excellent job of repairing our A/C and did not gouge us
on the repair bill. Always on time or early for the appointments. I would highly recommend!

We love Bartlett Heating and Air. We have used them for a few years now for our air conditioner and furnace tune up and maintenance. They are prompt, friendly, thorough, honest, competent, and reasonably priced.

The girls that set up my appointment were very helpful in accommodating my availability. They were professional, yet really friendly. The technician that came was also professional and friendly. He was confident and worked quickly. I trusted that the tech was honest and fair. I feel that the fees were reasonable. I will use them again and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Great service all around. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I got a quote for a replacement system over a year prior to actually moving forward with the project and what I appreciated most was they were not pushy about getting me to buy at that time. They were honest and let me know that my existing system was nearing end of life and that it would eventually need to be replaced, but was still running okay. With this, I ended up getting another year out of it and when I was ready to move forward with the new system they were able to get me on their schedule within a week. I highly recommend Bartlett Heating and Air and I will definitely be using them going forward for annual service.

This company was very fast, efficient, and friendly. My heat went out and they dropped off space heaters then came the next day to install a new furnace for me!

Guys were great. Vince gave me a competitive quote on short notice and they were able to do a complete install the next morning. Excellent work. No complaints.

Bartlett Heating and Air is amazing! I called late in the evening when my furnace went out and the answering service scheduled my appointment first thing in the morning between 8 and 10 o’clock. She was understanding and just fantastic!. In the morning, Jake the technician called me and told me he would be at my house at 8 o’clock! He was friendly and professional and explained everything to me and my son. I will Definitely be using Bartlett Heating and Air for all my HVAC needs.

Bartlett HVAC exceed my expectation. After 26 years of original equipment from builder, finally bought a combo of Furnace and A/C from Bartlett HVAC. Vince the owner came out and explained the different selections of Furnace and A/C and helped me pick the best combo for my needs. The scheduling of the install was done promptly by Laura and was understanding when I had a schedule conflict. The installations technician, Chris and Sam were very professional and friendly and the other 2 techs that came and helped. They came on time and didn’t waste any time. They were very mindful of my house and ran runners all the way to the basement. The install was done really well and did not have any major issues. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Great job Bartlett HVAC!

Sam the tech was great. He explained to me how old our A/C and furnace were. He explained they both were in great shape. He also answered all of my questions. I love that everything is paperless too!! I plan on using them at our new home!
