Pure Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning

My air conditioner was not functioning properly, so I called Pure Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning and inquired when they would be available to come out. I have 3 large dogs that do not tolerate heat and in my home was 85 degrees. On that same day, Gene arrived, identified the issue, and offered the quotation. The AC and coils needed to be replaced. Glen and Bob arrived the following day with the new AC at 8 am, and installation was finished by 11 am.
Glen answered all my inquiries with patience. I'll continue to use this business because they were punctual, did a great job, were respectful, and understood the urgency.

Gene the service tech came for a weekend service call. Very professional told him come on in an insisted on putting shoe covers over his shoes. Was like wow. He Asked what problem we were having and I explained. HE was like I'm 100% sure I know the problem. He got us up and going and enjoying our A/C. Cleaned up and and said any issues call my card, I will make u a priority to come back out immediately. Thanks again chris

Gene was knowledgeable, prompt, and personable. He came out on a Sunday, and gave me a thought-out list of options to pursue for my 19 year old AC. Overall great experience!

Service:
Gene did a great job! He was very responsive and timely. Pricing was very fair. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained everything thoroughly. He didn’t try to make repairs that were unnecessary given the age of our furnace. Highly recommended.

Installation:
We decided to install a new furnace and thermostat as our furnace was nearly 20 years old with some costly repairs ahead and our a/c unit is over 30 years old and undersized for our home. We shopped around with other reputable Lennox dealers and found Pure Comfort's pricing to be very competitive. Gene was the most knowledgeable of all the HVAC reps who came out and was able to explain everything using actual calculations. We decided to go with Pure Comfort because we were confident that we were going to get a quality product that was installed and sized properly for our home. Gene and his crew were very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Duct cleaning:
Gene did a great job once again, cleaning all of the supplies and returns in our home. It was much needed. His professionalism and attention to detail is second to none!

I was able to get a same day diagnostic for some back drafting I was having with my water heater. Gene was great. Friendly, honest and thorough as we discussed 3 different options and I was emailed estimates the same day. Competitive pricing but decided to go with another company only due to the fact that I preferred another water heater brand over the brand they use. I would definitely consider their services for future projects.

Gene and his assistant ( Pure comfort and Air) were wonderful. They knew their stuff, were efficient and had our new hot water tank installed in no time at all.

Gene was very professional and knowledgeable! My blower motor on my furnace went out on a single digit temp like today of course, Gene arrived within the hour! He took the time to educate me on vent ducts and answered questions about installing an AC unit, I will definitely be using pure comfort heating and air conditioning!
