Pure Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning

Installed a Mr. Heater Big Maxx 50,000 BTU in my garage. Just a pro from first contact to final bill. We live in Streamwood and we are very happy we chose them to do the job. If someone has a bad review here, maybe it's the reviewers issue. Trust me, read the reviews, these are good people. I highly recommend using this company.

Extremely happy with the responsiveness and service of Pure Comfort. Our AC went out and Pure Comfort was able to quickly replace it (along with an old furnace and humidifier) within days. Gene and his team were fantastic - very punctual, communicative and did a great job explaining exactly what was going on. We will definitely use them for all of our HVAC needs going forward staring with routine maintenance.

Gene communicated with me consistently through the whole process of scheduling and what was wrong after he diagnosed.
He was helpful and explained the issues to me (a lay person)! I would definitely use him again!

Gene, Nick, and Pauly were efficient and communicated throughout the entire installation. All three were prompt on arrival and extremely professional. The installation was quick and seamless. They answered all my questions throughout the entire process. They provided their professional knowledge and were extremely honest with all my questions. At the completion of the installation they left the place in better condition then upon arrival as well. We were extremely impressed with them! Tech Gene very professional..he answered all my questions..explained what he was doing..I highly recommend you company because of the professional techs and great service you provided..finally a company I can trust with my business...Gene didn't up sell he was honest with what I needed and explained step by step .other heating business I called said my heat exchanger was shot and need replacement Gene used the camera and showed me heat exchanger condition which DID NOT need replacement...Finally an honest tech and company..great job Gene thanks for showing me what you were doing and why..the business needs techs and companies like yours ..I highly recommend Gene and your company...

Needed service for the humidifier. Gene was quick to respond and completed the service in a very timely manner. Very knowledgeable. Excellent work.

Gene and his guys were professional and did the job without any problems.They cleaned up nicely after themselves as well. A pleasure to work with. I will use Pure Comfort again in the future.

UPDATE: I was so impressed with Gene the first time for a heating system replacement that I used them a second time to install a new heating system in my garage where I did not have one previously. Again, he did not disappoint. They were clean and neat. The place looked as good as it did before he got there, except now it is heated!

Gene's service call was very professional.
He tuned up two furnace's and replace the inducer motor on one of them.
He even provided me with some feedback on my waterless hot water tank which could have caused major pipe damage to the floor drain when it was installed by the previous owner of my home.
