I scheduled online, they informed me of earlier service opportunities, notified me when they were on their way, gave me low, medium, and high options for equipment, I feel that I picked what I needed and what fit my pocketbook with no pressures at all, very friendly, neat and clean installation too!

We have been pleased so far with Pure Comfort. Our experiences have been positive mostly due to their professionalism and down to earth follow thru!

I called when we had no heat in our back room due to the furnace not turning on. The lady on the phone was very accommodating on getting a service tech out right away. The tech gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way! Although I didn’t catch his name he was super friendly and resolved my issue quick with a part he even had in stock on his truck! I would highly recommend!

Wow, it has been a long time since we have worked with a company that is friendly, has great communication skills, and is concerned about their customers. They took care of us on short notice, when our A/C was out, and 90 degrees were coming our way. The staff is professional and work well together. We would recommend them in a heart beat.

Furnace wasnt working. Called Pure Comfort after hours and they came right out and helped me. The furnace is now working and the house is warm. Very reasonable pricing. We wouldn't hesitate calling them again.

They came out the same day and fixed the problem immediately. It’s a house we are selling and haven’t lived in a couple of months. He did a few other small things around the house that were above and beyond what we had asked. Would definitely recommend!
