I had my unfinished basement built out with an office, bathroom and family room. The home was built in 1955 and all the HVAC work in the basement was a complete mess. Jeff Jr. from All Ways worked with me and the contractor to understand the new layout and re-worked all of the duct work. Our ceiling in the family room is painted & exposed and the new duct work looks awesome and helped us gain more headroom. They also installed our tank-less hot water heater in preparation for the new bathroom. Again, the installation was top notch. I highly recommend this family owned business and will use them in the future.

Such an amazing company! The technicians Jim and Jeff always take their time to explain their findings and listen to the customer. They taught me how to properly maintain an old furnace to try to keep it running. This past year, I put on an addition and All Ways Heating And Air Conditioning was hired for our heating and air conditioning. They were able to work with the architect and other trades to help our open concept vision become a reality. The technicians also taught me how to use and program my new smart thermostat. Allways is a company that is honest, friendly, and affordable!

Our old furnace stopped working, like 50% of the time it wouldn’t turn on. We reached out to All Ways and they quickly visited to repair the broken parts and perform the regular winter maintenance cleaning. We’ve worked with All Ways on a regular basis because they’re a locally owned, family business. Highly recommended!

Always Heating has always been professional and respectful when servicing and installing my furnace and air conditioner. I have received honest and thorough information when inquiring about the condition on my unit. They are quick to respond to emergencies and efficient when out for service. What a horrific summer with All Ways. This company is full of scammers- stay away! To start, I’ve used them for a number of years for heating and AC needs, so needless to say I was shocked at their behavior. This year started with a routine AC check where the technician told me my Unit was on the fritz, needed to be replaced and I needed like $300 of Freon. I was charged a total of $500 and emailed a quote for a new unit. A week later I came home to no AC, they came out, replaced a part, told me my unit sucked and needed to be replaced and sent me yet another quote for a new unit and another $300 bill. The next two weeks, mind you the hottest of the summer and I have two young kids, involved me trying to get them to come back out as my AC was STILL not working right, I could barely maintain 75 degrees. They finally came out, told me my unit was failing and it needed to be replaced but still replaced a $500 fan motor saying it was broken. After spending over $1300 and getting nowhere, I finally got a second opinion and was shocked with the result. The other company fixed a $40 part (the same one that was not properly installed by All Ways) and told me my unit was over charged with Freon. The unit worked perfectly after the other companies visit and continues to work just fine into August. When I contacted Jeff the owner about this matter he responded saying “sorry I was unhappy with his service”. I overpaid, was almost scammed into buying a new unit and Jeff did nothing to stand behind his company. Avoid them at all costs.

All Ways Heating and Air have been taking care of our Heating and A/C needs for the past 23 years. They are honest, dependable, and have fantastic customer service. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would. We highly recommend this family owned business.

An actual person answers when you call. I placed a call at 7:15am because our air conditioner went out during the night when it was a high 90's temp heat streak. The tech arrived and fixed our problem in less than an hour from when I called. He even had the part available. With parts and labor the cost was so reasonable. Highly recommend All Ways!!!!

Service was excellent as usual. Have been a customer of Always Heating for over 20 years and have NEVER had a problem with their services. Quick response always, fair pricing, and courteous technicians. Recommend them to everyone I know.
