They were able to help me today with an issue with my AC. I called them at 10:30 am and they were here at 2:45 pm.

Called in the night and they replied in a couple minutes. The owner Ross came promptly at 8 and let me know when he was on the way.
This was probably the best experience with a contractor I’ve ever had. I don’t normally write reviews but felt I had to this time. I will be using them in the future for all my HVAC needs! I feel confident they will do their best!!!

AQC were very communicative and made sure I knew exactly what they found and needed to do, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. They were able to diagnose, purchase, and replace the needed parts the same day. They got us back up and running for the best price that we found!

AQC/Ross installed a new hvac system in a rental property — did a great job & is competitively priced. Ross is sharp, punctual, swift & knowledgeable. Since the install, AQC has been proactive, contacting with reminders when it’s time for seasonal service (which can be easy to forget)—easy to schedule, and punctual. Perfect.

Ross, from AQC Services has been doing our maintenance on our 2 HVAC units for several years now. He is responsible, thorough, explains all his recommendations clearly, and most of all is a very reasonable and trustworthy individual and company. If you are worried about being taken advantage of with a repair or quote or estimate(as I used to be), I strongly suggest you can turn to Ross form AQC. Ross is the kind of business owner that you want to see succeed because he values integrity and I've seen him show that time and time again.

(June 2021) I would highly recommend AQC and Ross! I called three other companies, but they didn’t have appointments available for at least a week. With my AC not working, I needed someone quick. I found AQC on Google and it was less than a mile from my house (Harlem & Diversey). The reviews were good so I called to see about availability. Ross said he could come out the next day and he did. The experience was great. Ross was respectful, wore a mask and always put foot coverings on when entering the house. He answered all my questions, showed me how the AC worked, and explained what he was doing to fix the unit. He gave me options and recommended the least costly alternative. When he finished, he cleaned up the area. I will use AQC for all AC repairs and maintenance in the future and recommend this business to my family and friends.

(June 2023) The comments above were from my experience with Ross and AQC two years ago. On May 31, 2023, I had Ross back out to look at my A/C because it was not cooling the house properly. I called in the evening and Ross came out the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. He was friendly but professional, explained everything he did, and cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Ross and AQC.

Initial response was very quick. Was able to get a quote and appointment within 15 minutes. Ross and his partner came a little early, which is better than being late. Brought to my attention a couple things to keep an eye out for rather than trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs/replacements. I would definitely use AQC services again.

Our heating system stopped working during one of the coldest days of this year and Ross was able to come in, order and replace the system as soon as he could. He stayed late to finish his work and provided excellent customer service.

AQC has bailed me out several times for HVAC related issues. Their prices have always been fair, they are informative, honest, and timely. I have used their services twice. Once for an AC unit replacement/install in 2020 and recently for troubleshooting my furnace, turns out it was the thermostat. I highly recommend, and I will continue to depend on their services.

They give you the straight story and actually understand how things work! Other vendors seem to just recommend expensive (and sometimes wrong) repairs. They understand air flow!
