AMERIHEAT Heating and Cooling LLC.

Our old Rheem furnace seemed functional, but had CRACKS in the heat exchanger so gas had to be shut off; compressor was underpowered for this size house. Rados of AmeriHeat suggested a Comfortmaker (Carrier) combo furnace/AC. We finally have a furnace that is safe, works wonderfully, and AC that cools the house very efficiently. Rados was always ready with questions, did a professional installation, and we are very happy with our new system AND RADOS. He also responds to our txt messages and is ALWAYS available. More power to AmeriHeat !

The process was seamless from start to finish, they removed all of the questions I had with reassurance, they were very professional, very neat, showcased superb craftsmanship, very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. Our AC running out of freon and we found Rados on google and reached out him on Monday June 28th. We paid him $300.00 for service call and freon refill. He came around 6pm and it’s been 5 days since then and our AC is not even cooling down. It wasn’t even that hot last 4 days. But starting today it’s getting hotter so right now outside is 83f and our home is 80f and our AC is blowing warm.
Our AC was on 70f last 4 days and it’s been around 78-80f last few days.
I’ve had many contractors before and this never happened. Once freon is refilled even our AC lines might be leaking, AC works at least a month without any issues. We paid $300 for nothing and it doesn’t even work 1 week.

I am almost 40 weeks pregnant and our contractor was not able to come this week. That’s why we called him, but the quality of his work is not good!!! I am not even sure if he even puts a freon!!!

My blood pressure is getting higher and I am not sure how we paid him $300.00 for freon which did not work an hour??!

Please be aware and call bigger companies or contractors who able to responsible their work. Also I am wondering how he gets so many 5 starts, maybe he gets these starts like other European businesses ask his friends and families leave a review. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

We are very happy with his work. We had to get the service on Saturday. The charge was not as high as we worried. Rados was able to identify the problem in our furnace and was able to fix it right away. He also taught us how to better maintain our heater. We will call him in the future for any heater/ac issue and I would recommend him for others who need any heater/ AC issues.

Rados was a true savior. I sent him a text late night for one of my rental property in IL with HVAC system fully down in the blistery winter. He rushed first thing in the morning, diagnosed the problem and got things working. Not only did he repair the furnace, changed filter but also hard wired a C cable missing in my property's NEST thermostat. Rados is very professional, responsive, respects time and provides true care and resolution to problems at very reasonable cost. I would recommend him to anyone for his "above-and-beyond" attitude towards his clients.

Rado's is a kind and professional installer. His pricing is excellent, he is a licensed, insured, and certified Ruud installer. I received a full warranty from the manufacturer and a 2 stage furnance for less than I was quoted for single stage installs from other vendors.

Rados gave me a good price to install new a/c in my house. He did great work was prompt, considerate, he handled a couple difficulties very well. Final bill was just what he quoted
No extras. I will reccomend Rados to friends and family.
