Jose called before coming over to let me know he was on the way. I called because my furnace was putting out cool air. After looking at the unit, he found a plug that wasn't pushed all the way in. A few months ago another plumber had installed my new ac condenser and apparently knocked the plug by accident. He pushed it back in and heat! Didn't charge a diagnostic fee!
