The service technician was prompt with maintenance. They noticed a concern with the exhaust pipe, investigated what was going wrong, and even fixed it. Gave us a couple things to look out for as far as maintenance goes and allowed us time to discuss renewing the maintenance contract (final complimentary after purchasing our furnace last year). They were even masked at all times to be extra safe. Awesome work!

I've been using Ultimate Heating and Air for about 3 years. I first called them when I had an emergency on a hot summer day during a weekend. An older service tech, (who left the company shortly after that visit), came out and he was beyond great. I've had regular maintenance twice yearly ever since. This time, however, I requested a new serviceman. Chris T. arrived and he was as good as the older man who initially came to my home. Chris was thorough, kind, smart, and knowledgeable. I just phoned Brenda (who is also smart and kind) and asked that she schedule all future appointments with Chris T. Thank you Ultimate Heating & Air. Truly you are the best!

As always, the tech arrived promptly. He was very polite and worked efficiently. Asked if I had any questions before he left. I always have a great experience with this company!

Very friendly and helpful! They had a repair man out within 2 hours. Found and fixed the problem quickly and for less money than I was expecting. I will definitely be using them with all my heating and cooling needs from now on!

Ultimate is local to me, and after reading many good reviews here, I decided to get an estimate to replace my 20 yr old heater and AC unit. I was very impressed and satisfied with all phases of the operation. The gentleman who made the estimate was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in inspecting our existing ducting and plumbing and informed me in advance of everything that would be needed. The price was reasonable, so I decided to have them do the work. The installer team was also very knowledgeable and polite, and their worksmanship was excellent. I am very pleased with our new bryant system and very pleased with the customer service we got from everyone at Ultimate. I fully recommend them .

Brenda in customer service answered my questions promptly. Technician Jeff arrive on time and was aware and respectful of COVID safety. He repaired my AC quickly. And Tracy set me up with Chris, a sales expert for an estimate. I highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Air!

Cathy did a great great job getting me scheduled for my service. I appreciated her calling me back when an earlier time slot opened up. Randy was the tech who came to service my AC. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions including how much the post would cost. Within 15 minutes my AC was up and working again. I will definitely be using Ultimate Heating and Air in the future.

I called after hours on Christmas night when my furnace wasn’t working. I spoke to Mike who was extremely helpful. He was able to diagnose a simple problem and solution over the phone and was a pleasure to work with. I have never had to utilize an HVAC company in the past but Ultimate Heating and Air will be my first call in the future based on this experience. Thanks Mike!
