The entire team down to the admins in the office are excellent. Very helpful & very quick to address my concerns. Chris (and I think Brandon was his name) sent me an ETA text before arriving & were on time. They took care of my new furnace maintenance & in addition answered any questions I had. We are in the process of remodeling & we will have extra construction dust hanging around & they gave me some ideas on the best way to keep my system as clean as possible.

Donovan the tech is very good at his job explaining what he's doing to service your A/C. Brenda in the office is always friendly and I only use Ultimate Heating & Air to service my furnace & my a/c. Because they are very honest folks which counts alot these days when you need help!

We needed to replace our HVAC system after the extra hot 2021 summer. I received numerous bids and was impressed with Darin and his customer service when he stopped by to bid on our job. He sold me on his attention to detail, and explained different options that would give us comfort in our home for years to come. I decided to go this route as they also offered financing at zero interest for 60 months on a loan. During the install, Jeremy and his team were verify proficient on the install and answered all questions I had. Darin also did a follow up after the job was completed to check everything out to include the ducting under the house to make sure everything was good to go. I was recommended this company by two close friends, and I would also recommend them to others. This company is detail oriented and focus on customer needs, so you cannot go wrong with hiring them.

I booked an appointment online due to weekend late night hour, but Ultimate called me early morning on Monday, got details and came within a day. Replace a part and now we are complaining that it’s too cold. Thank you Ultimate Heating and Air.

My experience with Ultimate heating and air was great. Chris showed up on time, discussed with me the different services he was going to perform that day and he knocked them diligently and quick. He also dialed in all my vents and thermostats so we received a balanced amount of air flow throughout the home. He was very professional and easy to chat with. I will be having Chris and Ultimate heating and air do all the maintenance on my units moving forward.

Brandon was very nice and professional. He was able to clean out our entire duct system in a few hours and took before and after pictures that blew my mind. I couldn't believe how clean they were after he was finished. Highly recommend getting this service done on your home. We can all breathe a little easier now.

My 18-year-old furnace was beginning to have some issues. I was torn between dumping money into it and hoping to make it a last another few years or getting a new one. We decided that we would go ahead pull the trigger on a new furnace.
The person who originally took my call was pleasant and helpful. My appointment was the next day with Chris. He took his time, carefully reviewing my situation. He made me feel like he was looking out for my needs. When we finally made the decision to go with Ultimate, I contacted Chris. He was at the airport heading out for the holiday, but he still took the time to set aside the equipment and get me set up with an install appointment.
When the day came the installers, Stetson and Thomas arrived on time and immediately went to work. They were meticulous and made sure they kept me informed of what was going on. They were very conscientious about their work both inside the house and in the garage. The install was very well done, and their cleanup was amazing.
Chad did an awesome job. He went through the final steps with the installers and took plenty of time to go over the Ecobee and the furnace and made sure I totally understood the functionality.
I know there were many others involved in making this happen seamlessly. Many thanks for a job well done!

Great customer service and very personable. It was my first day in a new home and experience bad condensation leaking around the furnace. Later to find out the drain hose was left off by the home inspector. I called ultimate because they had just serviced the unit a few months prior and they repaired the leak free of charge. Great company!
