Gilbert is conscientious , knew what he was doing, communicates well , plus he is kind. He programmed my thermostat and showed me how to do it, even though that wasn’t part of the repair work.

Had my water heater replaced. Great customer service, professional, efficient & knowledgeable technician. They made it easy every step of the way. Highly recommend them!

We have been very impressed with Ultimate Heating & Air. We had Frank come out for our first annual visit. He was by far the most organized HVAC tech that I have had in my home. I loved the fact he was timely with his service but it didn't feel like he was rushing through it. Made me feel confident in choosing Ultimate for our annual service. It’s 100+ degrees with no relief in site & our air conditioner goes out! We call multiple companies and received multiple quotes for replacement options. Chris Wilson with Ultimate Heating and Air was phenomenal! He was the only company to take measurements of our unit, go into the crawl space & verify with his team exactly what size unit we would need. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable of the products, Bryant and Carrier, and took his time going over every aspect of a new install. Less than a week later we had a team here installing our new system and within half a day we were up and running! Everyone was very professional and kind and my husband and I would highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Air!

I called and set up an appointment for a quote to get our furnace replaced and add ac to our older home. The quote was fast and easy, the estimater was courteous. The work was done within one day when scheduled which was appreciated. The ac unit had issues but the worker came back and fixed the issue. Now everything works great. Very happy with our new system

After another company was called out for a filter change, and then told us the heating system was no longer working (after it had been that morning) and suggested changing a relay board for $1000, I called Ultimate Heating to look at the system. Brenda, the scheduler, was very understanding and sympathetic to my situation. Frank showed up the next day and inspected the system. He deduced that the thermostat was reset incorrectly by the prior technician and did not reflect the heat pump system. A $1000 new relay board would not have fixed anything. Frank was diligent and thoughtful, and his experience saved the day! I would highly recommend Ultimate Heating!

These folks are professional, kind, and most importantly... smart. They're craftsmen in the truest sense who genuinely enjoy their job. They take pride without being prideful. They also really care about their customers, and understand that working on someone's home is unavoidably personal. They respect that. That's huge. And they get the job done right.

A year back we bought a house with a rinky-dink HVAC system that somehow passed inspection, but we quickly learned over the winter it needed a major overhaul (a third party insulation expert straight up told us: "I can't fix this, you need to talk with an HVAC company"). Dale and his team came in, did an extraordinarily thorough assessment before their bid, and gave us multiple options. We ended up choosing them, and under no pressure at all decided on moving the furnace out of the attic (builder never should have put it there), sealing up majorly leaky ductwork, and relocating a new air handler to an unused linen closet so we wouldn't be bleeding heat up to the roof which had been causing all sorts of trouble.

Sounds like major surgery, right? Yet they handled it all with flying colors, as minimal as possible mess, and even seemed to be enjoying the hard work of solving these problems. We were in a real bind. And they found a solution that was equal parts effective, efficient, and straight-up elegant. The geometry alone makes my mind melt (see pic of new system in old towel closet)... And it's quiet too.

I don't write many reviews of businesses on google. Probably because I've been let down a lot, and there's enough negativity in the world already. I can also be long winded. And nobody would ever read this far. But I will 100% use Ultimate Heating and Air moving forward, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

And if I ever need a kidney transplant, I can only hope the docs are cut from the same cloth as these folks.

Frank did an efficient annual maintenance of my heating system. When he was done, he mentioned the option of a wifi thermostat and gave me information about it. He offered to install it now, or I could wait and decide if that's what I want. He was very patient with me. I contacted my sons for input. Frank was understanding of me needing more information. When I made the decision to have it installed, he quickly got the ecobee3 installed and he helped me download the app and gave me a quick lesson. I would happily have Frank return for heating and air-conditioning services.

These guys showed up on time and did a fantastic job! Very professional and courteous. They even used shoe booties and put down a protective mat to perform the work. They showed us how to operate everything and all the features without a single hiccup. Very good service from the Salesperson to the Installation Team. Thank you Ultimate!
