Ron is incredible. A good guy, very knowledgeable with lots of experience and is happy to educate his customers on proper system maintenance. Couldn't have asked for better service I will definitely be using Ultimate for all of our HVAC needs going forward.

I called Ultimate Heating base on reviews I read. They did not disappoint! Brenda was friendly and efficient when I called for am appointment and took time to explain all of their services. James texted before the appointment time to let me know he was on the way. He was very efficient, and respectful while he was here. He took time to explain what he did, offered some options for the future but at no time did I feel he was trying to "up sale". He even took time to answer additional questions. James was very knowledgeable and I would highly their service.

Very thorough and professional. Branden was very knowledgeable and offered good advice on how to extent the life of the equipment I already have. (not simply trying to sell me a new furnace--like so many other heating companies would do). Branden did an excellent job and worked on some areas that I was not expecting. I never felt Branden was trying to rush or do just a minimum amount of work required.

First called them for AC maintenance. They were courteous and FAST. the service Tech explained what He was doing and showed me all the issues/problems with my 22 year old system. Scheduled for a bid on replacing the entire system. Darrin was very thorough on His initial inspection and explained what they would do and what exactly would be needed . Explained all options and did Not try to sell me more than what was needed. The install techs were on time, Neat ,and very professional. Had a New HVAC system, Furnace/AC, Duct work etc. installed in 4-5 hours. The new system works great, very quiet and already seeing cost savings on my utility bills.HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Darrin & Brooklyn were a pleasure to work with. The install crew even fixed a couple minor issues unrelated to install at NO charge. This company lives up to Customer service/care.

Brandon was very attentive to details. He and his partner were very careful not to damage our home while cleaning our ducts. Very courteous, professional and knowledgable. We will want to use them again! Highly recommended. Thanks guys!!

New HVAC system-In general they were great. Price wise they were on the high end of estimates that I got. But the finance plans were great with several options. I liked that they didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need. They pointed out options on how to make things more efficient (in my 1920's home). Some of them they did without charge. I had several questions and they took the time to answer and explain things on a deep level. When they installed it was done very quickly and they did a great job of cleaning up after in the house! In regards to the duct cleaning I wish they would had explained what the process looked like (step by step). I left them to do everything and wish I hadn't. They forgot to cover two vents when they cleaned them out. One of them I caught before they started the process and the other one didn't and it was a mess. that they didn't see or clean up the mess.

Mike Lotts from Ultimate Heating and Air is very knowledgeable and responsive. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my furnace and determined the correct solution to get the heat back on. His service was thorough and he explained the current state of the system and the warranty from the manufacturer along with the maintenance options that will hopefully minimize future disruptions. Ultimate Heating is wonderful! Chris came out today and installed a new thermostat. He very patiently walked me through the set up and patiently showed me how to use it. Every technician that has come out to service has been great!! Great company and fantastic personnel. I highly recommend this company to everyone!! Definitely a 5 star company!!!
