Ultimate heating and air is open 24 hours a day and should be your first call. Professional service from start to finish. Brandon was our technician and he called right away to update us on his schedule and estimated arrival time. When he arrived, he was exceptionally professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the service he was there to do. Brandon ended up being at our house for over 8 hours cleaning our air ducts, repairing a rusted drain pan and conducting our annual HVAC maintenance. He was clean as he worked his way though our house and quiet all day as we had our son at home doing his distributed school day. When he was finished we couldn’t even tell he had been there. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Ultimate Heating and Air. First class from start to finish.

This company has installed and maintained the mechanical equipment in this house from the beginning. 2013. All has been good until lately . There seems to be miscommunication between me as a customer and the accounting-billing department. They sent out a technician to address a issue with an exhaust fan. He verified my diagnosis of a needed replacement. However, he shows up without a replacement , with no guarantee of when one would be available. Then I was charged $99.00 for a service that he was not able to perform.
In my opinion this is bad business practices. I am still waiting to resolve the $99.00 charge . At this point I would not recommend this company.

I struggle with online reviews (so take it with a grain of salt!), and I usually don’t leave “perfect” reviews (because, there’s *always* room to improve, right?)

These guys nailed it, though. I can’t think of any way they *could* improve! We solicited four or five different bids to completely replace our heater, our AC, and our thermostats- a total upgrade. As was to be expected, there was a range of prices and personalities... and in every aspect they delivered. They were prompt to respond (from start to finish) to our outreach. They were transparent with their pricing and services. They helped us manage our expectations. They were quick to usher us through the whole process (from initial contact to “job well done”). They were courteous and respectful. And most important? My wife “felt good” about them and their work. Would recommend to anyone, and wouldn’t change a thing about our experience. They even processed a rebate for us- saving us just a little time and annoying headache trying to navigate that! It was those small details that really solidified it all for us.

And... I waited to write this review to give their work time to implode or fail. We bought our new AC and heater back in August 2020! Five months later and we’re still tickled with Ultimate Heating & Air’s work!

Our AC went out in the late morning and I contacted Ultimate to have someone come out to fix it. It was one of those 100+ days in July. Ron H, our technician, called us soon after calling the office to let us know when he could come out. He stayed in touch and by dinnertime he had replaced the capacitor and we were back in business. Ron was very professional and worked quickly despite his already long day. Ultimate has serviced our HVAC equipment for the last seven years. We have been very pleased with all the techs who have come to our home over this time.

Jason and his crew did fantastic and acted extremely fast to get my house back to cool! Professional, Courteous, and the only place I will recommend HVAC work to now. Thank you guys!

Mike performed a move-out cleaning and inspection of our HVAC system. He was so friendly and helpful. He was thorough and efficient and gave us tips to keep our system running well. I will definitely call Ultimate Hearing & Air again for maintenance and repair and I hope Mike will be the serviceman!

I appreciated the low-pressure sales and practical approach of these guys. They got me the HVAC I wanted not what they wanted to push. More than reasonable to deal with on the particulars. Not as cheap as the independent installers, but for a quality unit installed by certified techs this was the best values out of the 4 quotes I got. Happy with the unit- quite, works well, would recommend.

Guy showed up on time. He was nice and courteous. Looked at issue and did some basics for 5 ish minutes. He took off a panel to show how it's "not the heater". He noted that issue couldn't be from the AC as that system has been off for well over a month. Then said to call a plumber. Wasted 75 bucks on 10 minutes of "diagnosing". It was obvious as soon as tech showed up that he was the wrong guy for the job. He knew it. But he made a decent effort to try and look.

I've had UH&A do annual maintenance for nine years. This week they installed a new furnace & air conditioner. To Chris who provided my bid and was onsite the day the work was done, for the install by Joe and Ernie, and to Chad who oversaw the project, thank you! The highest compliment I can pay is to say I felt you approached my job as if you were working on your own home. I also appreciate the spotless cleanup before you left.

Frank did an excellent job with the maintenance of my A/C. Also very helpful with checking my old thermostat and replacing with the Ecobee thermostat. Easier for me to use. Thank you Frank.
