Brenda and Jeff were so kind to take my after hours call. Provided advise to avoid damage to my ac unit. Next day, Jeff was there as scheduled. Fixed my ac unit in few minutes at a very reasonable cost. Jeff was courteous and knowledgeable and in good spirits even in a hot afternoon, working in 103 degrees. Thank you very much !!

If I could rate with 0 stars I would! The business owner was not willing to fix the same issue that continued to arise. He stated that one unit going out on a 2 unit building would not cause the 2nd unit to work harder! The company stated they were changing filters that were not being replaced! No accountability or customer service! Not the company they used to be. This rating is a direct reflection on the unprofessional nature of the owner.

Very professional. Showed up when they said they would. Did great work. Very good at communicating with me to make sure I knew what was going on.

Tech was on time, courteous and extremely professional! He also took time to show me how to reset the program on the thermostat. I am confident maintenance was performed thoroughly!

Ron and Ultimate Heating and Air were great! I called on a weekend, Ron arranged a time and arrived on time, diagnosed and checked to see if he had the needed part, graciously worked with both my husband and me (I do money, hubby does equipment guts conversations), made the repair/did the cleaning and we were cool again.
I had to email the office a couple days later to correct a bad email address I'd given and received seriously prompt attention to my request.

Mike was awesome, very professional. He gave me great tips and offers to keep our unit running at peak performance without being pushy. Great company

I got several bids to replace my 4 ton a/c unit. While there are many qualified companies in the Treasure Valley, there is only one Ultimate. Not only was the service outstanding, but the pricing was spot on and fair. That was the difference between Ultimate and the others - fair price and great service. On the day of the replacement, they discovered they missed putting a electronic board in their bid. Rather than make excuses and charge me extra, they said that was their fault and they covered the cost. Not too many companies these days stand behind their bids and their work. Ultimate does. Just moved in yesterday to a new house /new system! Ron came out on a Sunday morning to make adjustments to the damper and air flow w/ our furnace and heater! He also helped me to understand, and adjust the thermostat..He was very prompt, kind, friendly, knowledgeable w/ his work!

Great System!!! Our HVAC went out and we called Ultimate Heating and Air. Darin Wilson came over and gave us a full inspection and recommendation for a new system. We Love our new Bryant system!!

We purchased the air scrubber as part of our system, buy one!!! It eliminates odors! We have two dog's and our house smells great.

Install was done in one day, they did a great job! Highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Air, plus our power bill went down and our system is hands down, better then the old! House is cooler, for less!!

Was recommended to Ultimate Heating & Air by a friend. Emailed them and made an appnt. My technician was Randy, he called before arriving to let me know he was on his way. While here he allowed me to corral my unruly dogs before beginning his diagnosis. He spent a considerable amount of time in the heat, in the house and all places in between trying to get our unit back in working order. After almost two hours, he was able to get it back up and running, at least until we can get a new one that is. I found Randy to be knowledgeable, personable and friendly. He explained what he was doing and why, he also allowed me to watch him through all the phases (plus - gave me some filter tips to help clear out the dust from my dirty house!). I would recommend and use Ultimate again. Very professional and reasonable from the first contact. When it comes time to replace and those days are near, they will be my first choice. Thank you Randy, I appreciate all your efforts.
