Just had a maintenance service with Chris Torres and he was great! He was so informative and walked me through everything he was doing and why. He found a few things that could have been potential problems down the line so I am very happy I signed up for this service. He also helped me set my thermostat for winter and checked all of the vents in my house to make sure they were heating consistently. Great experience. Would highly recommend him and Ultimate Heating & Air.

Originally I had a different company and technician try to fix my heating system and they were unable to. Frank was patient and competent and repaired my heating system without any problems. Everyone that we dealt with from office personnel to field service was very informative, thorough, and easy to work with. Very personable and helped us out very quickly. Air con went out on Thursday, called Ultimate and they had someone there within a half hour to check it out. Donovan was very thorough and made sure we had all information to make a decision about whether to try and fix or replace our 20 year old unit. We decided to replace and Paul was out the next day, Friday, to give an estimate. New unit was installed following Monday. Working great!
