Our AC quit cooling. Ultimate Heating & Air was able to get a tech to check out our system the same day we called. We are so happy they sent Evan. He was knowledgeable and was able to get our system cooling again. He didn’t try to over sell us on anything and thoroughly explained everything. First warm day of the year and our AC quit working! It’s Saturday afternoon and apparently everyone in the valley is calling for after hours service. Ultimate Heating and Air wasn’t the first call we made. We worked our way down the list trying to find someone to come out because we were headed out of town the next morning. They were the only ones available, so nice to talk to on the phone, and Curtis (the tech that came out) fixed our problem and went above and beyond to make sure we understood the repairs, offered suggestions going forward, and actually saved us money by having us start a maintenance plan. Would definitely recommend them!
Great responsive service. We have experienced an intermittent issue with our house heating system. The issue was not solvable at the time of repair; however, each step was explained and when the service was completed, we left off with a plan that I can execute to help zero in on the issue so that the next trip will solve the issue. I highly recommend this company. I have held a service contact for years and will continue to do so.
5/9/2023 Update! Evan and Gilbert came out today to perform the summer maintenance on the furnace, AC and to flush the hot water heater. I really like how thorough this company is when they perform their maintenance. During their testing they found that one of the parts on the AC was below spec (by a long shot) and recommended replacement. I took them up on their suggestion and likely avoided an outage in the near term. They wiped down the entire system both the furnace and hot water heater. They left everything better than they found it. If you need a maintenance package for you HVAC system these folks have a great offering, I highly recommend you buy it so that you don't have to worry about remembering to call and schedule; they will do that for you. Ask for Evan and Gilbert, they will hook you up.
I called Ultimate Heating & Air INC after a string of undesirable experiences with another company called Western , and the difference like was moving from dealing with an inexperienced apprentice to a journeymen in terms of quality of customer service, honesty, professionalism, work ethic, job performance and the finished result.
This initial phone call was very courteous and professional for the appointment which was next day. I don't remember the lady's name who deserves credit for genuine character over the phone.
I was beyond impressed with their sales estimator, Chris W. and how simple he made everything and how much time he spent answering all my questions. He was clearly in no rush to get things done for another appointment, and acted more like a trusted friend addressing all my concerns and questions.
The install went just as well, three people showing up, Ernie, Joe, and Thomas. They performed as Chris predicted working very diligently throughout the install. I had my 21 year old furnace and evaporator coil replaced, refrigerant lives and some damaged ducting replaced. Very clean job, very professional, all important information communicated, all sealing work seamless. Nothing but a completely positive experience from start to finish.
Really knocked it out of the park with installation for a 4 zone system in a 3300 sq/ft home.
Also the same with their courtesy follow up visit for system tuning , ops checks and instruction on all the thermostats. Donavan our tech was patient in answering all questions and explaining system operations and complexities of all the different options that we had installed on our unit to maximize comfort and longevity of the system.
Because we have been so impressed on how well we have been taken care of so far we decided to stick with Ultimate and stay on their periodic maintenance and tuneup program.

Any time I drive by the work van every single one is insanely aggressive.
I'll be going 5 mph over and they still will tail gate dangerously close. High speeds, tail gate and then immediately cut off by inches.
I don't know if there is a company policy to drive overtly aggressive, but you can tell by the way they drive that the drivers are fueled by rage and this is every single time I have been blessed with the privilege to drive by the company vans for the last few years.
Frank installed a smart thermostat for my functionality blind mother so she could use Alexa to control her thermostat. He went above and beyond to make it work for my mother. Great job!

No high presure sales, no dead line buying time limits. In the end the new system should heat and cool more efficiently helping in our yearly energy bill.
