In March of 2020, Ultimate Heating and Air removed our old oil furnace and installed a gas furnace and air conditioner. At that time the workers were professional, efficient and cleaned up every time they were involved with the project.
During the last week of January Ultimate contacted us about servicing our heating unit. Because we haven’t had any problems and the system was still new to us we were going to decline the service call. It was during the phone call we were convinced we should have our system serviced. An appointment was made for later in the week. Prior to arriving at our house, the technician called to let us know when we should plan on his arrival. He arrived when he said he would and went right to work inspecting our heating unit. He informed us of the adjustments he made, replaced the filter and was finished within a half hour. Not long after he left, we received an email from Ultimate containing the information about what was done by the technician during the service. There was no charge for the service.
We have been very pleased with all of the work/service that Ultimate has provided us. We will definitely recommend them to anyone using a gas system or is considering having a gas system installed.

Ultimate did a good job in the install of my new heating and AC system. The installers recommended we use a 4" filter (likely because that is what would fit in our existing Honeywell electrostatic filter housing, saving them the time and cost of installing a new filter housing). As a part of the sales price, they included two 4" filters and a one year maintenance agreement. However, the maintenance agreement only specifies replacement of a 1" or 2" filter. I have had two maintenance visits and in both the service technician said he did not have a 4" filter available and did nothing to provide one, leaving me with the burden of purchasing one. I would have rated them much higher if they had made their maintenance agreement consistent with the installed equipment.

October 18, 2020 - I want to update my previous report. I received a phone call from Chris, the salesperson I first worked with at Ultimate, and explained the issue to him. He was very responsive , promising to deliver a 4" filter to my house the next day. The filter was delivered as promised and I have now installed it. Chris also said he would work with the owner to craft a more long term solution to the maintenance agreement. Otherwise, everything Ultimate did was just as they said it would be and in one case even more and did it at a cost that was reasonable and competitive. I am extremely pleased with the work done and the products sold and highly recommend Ultimate for HVAC services.

March 4, 2022 - Chris T came by to do maintenance on out heating system yesterday. He was extremely professional, friendly, and concerned for our satisfaction.

Ultimate Heating & Air is a great company to work with-I felt they were honest and fair in my quote for a new furnace and ac. Brooklyn got my appointment for a quote set up immediately, Chris was on-time and very professional. The techs showed up on time and finished the job as promised.
I had one hiccup with scheduling my duct cleaning but Brooklyn remedied the situation immediately.
I would highly recommend Ultimate.

Had frank do yearly servicing of furnace. Unit was installed by them about two years ago he was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable And completed work in a timely and efficient manner.

They have done heating and cooling regular maintenance as well as installed a new furnace and air conditioner. The service techs are professional and thorough. Brandon was very knowledgeable about my new a/c system and he quickly detected where a water leak was occurring, so another technician could be dispatched to do the necessary repair next week. Very helpful with fixing our duct problems and installed our new furnace which greatly improved our heating system and put two zones in our home which enhanced our environment. The installers were very professional and Darin the sales rep crawled through our attic and crawl space, finding and documenting problems. We appreciate their hard work! We recommend them 100%.

Brandon did a great job. It takes awhile to have all the ducts cleaned. He was considerate of household members while he was here, cleaned up, answered our questions throughout the process and showed us before and after pics.
