A few years ago Ultimate Heating & Air came to my rescue and installed a new a/c system after the original company botched the job (they tried to blame me for the system not working correctly and then after three return visits they realized there was an installation issue). The only reason I hadn't gone with Ultimate Heating & Air to start was because the other company could get the job done sooner...and in the end I should have just waited for Ultimate Heating & Air because when they came to install the a/c unit it was pretty much the same day that they had originally told me they could install the unit.
They came to the rescue again a couple weeks ago - my water heater went out over the weekend and they were able to replace it on Monday! I was afraid with everything going on with the pandemic (knowing that appliances can be hard to get) that they wouldn't have or be able to get a water heater but they had them in stock! I appreciate that they were able to get me scheduled for that Monday afternoon so that I wouldn't have to go without hot water for any longer than necessary!

Great experience! We will use Ultimate for all future needs. Brenda was very nice on the phone and got us squeezed in even on a busy day. Our tech, Chris, went above and beyond. Having someone who is friendly and truly wants to help makes such a difference. They don't try to sell you things you dont need and even after your problem is fixed they do a check on your system and give you tips on how to keep it in tip top shape. Our tech even cleaned off areas that might cause a problem in the future. Prices were more then reasonable. It was an overall wonderful experience. Hope we can request him every time!

Brandon cleaned our ducts, did all our AC maintenance and installed an ionizer in our system. He did a great job especially given how dirty our ducts were. He answered all my questions professionally and gave me new information he thought might help me. Ultimate always sends very professional, efficient and friendly people and it is always a pleasant and satisfying experience.

Everyone was very professional and courteous, from setting the appointment up, to Brenda N. calling the day of and offering an earlier appointment, through the maintenance appointment itself. Jeff W. was great about educating me on our system and walking me through everything he was checking. I'm always grateful for Ultimate's top-notch service. I had multiple companies come out and quote me a new furnace and AC unit and Ultimate Heating and Air were the best for price and a quality product.

The gentleman that came out and quoted a new unit did a full inspection, he went down in the crawl space and said I could be set up for dual zones. He also asked if my house had a flood as I had a couple ducts in my crawl space that were sagging.

The installers Joe was fantastic as well. They had old units out and new units in and running before the end of day 1, second day they fixed my ducts and installed the flappers for dual zone as well as make all wires look great.

Unit passed inspection and works flawless. Do not use anyone else as Ultimate Heating and Air is fantastic.

Mike was amazing. This is a new house for us full of bewildering “smart” utilities. He took the time to expertly perform maintenance but also to explain how things work. He was great!
