Came home from out of town to a non-functioning furnace, called Capital City at 8a and Brian the tech arrived an hour later. Brian did an awesome job of servicing the furnace and getting it working again and was even kind enough to walk me through all the steps in the assessment process, sharing knowledge and insight into how the furnace and HVAC system work all along the way.

My heat went out twice and Mark from Capital One Heating and cooling was AMAZING! He really went out of his way to do everything he could for us. He even came over to fix our heat at 8:30 at night. I highly recommend him. Not only did he fix the problem but he was very nice and informational. 10/10 recommend Mark!!

Our technician was very courteous and quick about his job, as was expected. We have been with capital city for a few years. They keep our system running well.

Our A/C unit decided to stop working the night before temperatures were going to reach 106!! I sent an email query at 11 pm to multiple companies, and had an email response from Capital City by 7am, a phone call by 8 am and by 8:30 am had a technician here. Roger was super prompt, professional and friendly. He had the problem solved and fixed by 10:00 am. I would highly recommended this company, and plan to use them in the future. I still haven't heard from the other companies.

Oh my word!!! Our furnace has been acting up for a couple weeks. We've been nursing it along by resetting it and get it going again. Well tonight, that just wasn't working anymore, it wouldn't stay going it just kicked off. I called Capital City because it had such good reviews. And boy did that payoff!! I called just after 8:30pm, hoping they might be able to come out the next morning. He told me he could come out tonight if I was willing to wait for him as he had 2 calls ahead of me. I felt bad, but told him if he was willing, I'd wait. He called back at about 10:30 that he was on his way. We were hoping for a cheap, quick fix......however, we knew it was an old unit and that may not happen. And, he found and showed us it had cracks in it. Ugh. By law, we have to get it replaced because this is what causes carbon monoxide poisoning....double ugh. He wrote up an estimate for us, and it was a very good price, for good, American made equipment. I wish my dad had called before he replaced his, as his furnace was $1500 more than this :( We will see if he can get the process stopped and go through these guys, fingers crossed it's not too late.
Anyway, Michael is a Rockstar! Showed us the problem, cleaned a thing a majig in the furnace and was just a down right stand up guy. You can tell he is an honest guy and he truly wants to help. Thank you Michael and thank you to your wife for driving you around tonight and braving this weather for families like us.

I had originally posted a different review. There was a perfect storm of miscommunication. However Michael, the owner, came out personally after hours and was super nice. The communication issues sucked but he bent over backwards to make it right. I absolutely respect his work ethic and dedication to correcting any issues and making customers happy. He even said to me "I will not leave until you have AC." Not many business would make such a statement of commitment.

On New Year's Eve our furnace quit working. Mike came out that same night even though it was late on a holiday and had it fixed in no time. I couldn't say better things about his expertise and professionalism. Our holiday evening went from horrible to wonderful thanks to him. Highly recommend.

Had Capital City service replace our very worn out air conditioner and they did a fantastic job! They gave us a very competitive price, did it within one business day, and the service was excellent. We highly recommend them.

I have been a customer for years. Always good service and reliable when I have most needed them.
